good location, fast communication and reliable problem solving

the apartment we got was not the one shown on the pictures, although i have booked a place with a separate bedroom they wanted to give us a studio and blamed it on some issues why the original was not available. I have told them I dont accept this and this is not what i have paid for so they assigned us to another apartment across the street. At the end it was okay but still not what i have originally booked.

Location. Very close to the beach and Ocean drive street. Size of the apartment is impressive, you can easily stay with three people. Parking costs $25/night. Two TV screens. High speed wi-fi.

Once we paid for the apartment and parking we never got a reply from a person who chatted with me by WhatsApp. I texted two times, but never have a feedback.

Location is really convenient. The rooms are okay, good bed. Communication with the host was great

Hair dryer, toaster and Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Place was basically what I expected. Nothing fancy. Clean well worn kinda outdated but all useable. Bare bones in kitchen. Comfy beds spacious apt. Would definitely stay here again. Friends units were very different. Our unit (8 @421) was best of all we had.

Towels were clean but stained. Couch stained and uncomfortable-would not recommend sleeping on it hard to just sit on but we weren’t around much so it worked for us. No paper towels or Kleenex - bare bones place - acceptable but not expected. Didn’t realize that had multiple buildings on same street. Our group was split up at different locations. Talked with staff multiple times about late check out and never made it in notes. Manager finally okayed it day of check out.

The location is perfect! 10min walking to the beach. Supermarkets and stores nearby. The apt is perfect for 4 adults but the sofa is huge so I think it’s even for 5 adults. There’s a small terrace in which you can chill. You can pay 25 usd for parking per night, which is quite cheap in comparison to another ones. The persons from the apt responses quite fast.

We left some clothes to dry in the small terrace (shorts pants and tshirts) and there were gone! It seems someone took them! Since the apt was located on the ground floor, next to other apartments.

The fan didn't work and light was inop in sitting area, also couldn't get anything on TV , Would have been nice to have antenna for free local channels , I am 56 years old and do not have hulu or prime tv .

Good location close to ocean drive. Gated parking on site and stove and fridge.

The bedroom air conditioner was not good. Didn't cool the room at all very hot to sleep

Everything perfect! Next year we will come back for sure!! We stayed at 130 3rd street and it was a perfect location - right next to the beach and playground, we had even the small balcony-porch. The apartment has everything that you need - washing machine, dishwasher, iron, all utensils, pans…. Everything! The shower works perfectly, AC was easy to set up, the bed was cosy. The street isn’t noisy!

Close to the Miami Beach, clean, quiet, well equipped

It was a struggle to get in touch with landlords, first time I needed to ask booking.com for a support

with an own kitchen with gas oven and all equipment.. thats the perfect appartment to stay for a longer time like 2 weeks or bit more. only some mins away from the Beach at 5th street, supermarket are close by, gym etc. Freindly and supportive team for any questions like i you want to book a parking place .. easy handled. I like that appmartments very much,
