Everything was perfect! It was very clean, the pool was great, the beach was amazing (with the possibility to get a chair for free at the beach, which we loved), the breakfast (not included) was great! It wasn’t loud at all (as others wrote in the ratings). We loved the hotel!

The bed was small, but totally fine!

The location is wonderful for a family or anyone who wants to enjoy a calmer South Beach experience, without losing out on anything. The beach service is also excellent and exceeded our expectations. Good sized rooms and an overall nice hotel.

The experience was somewhat let down by a couple of things. Firstly there was huge maintenance work going on, which is fair. It was a bit more disappointing that house keeping was very sloppy. It wasn't dirty per se, but the rooms lacked a feeling of being completely cleaned.

Location, hotel, staff, decor. I was also appreciative that the staff was able to accommodate me and add two more nights to my stay. This is one of my favorite places to stay when coming to Miami.

The Wi-Fi went out about three times during my stay there. Also, on the last two nights I was in a room on the first floor and that was my first time on the first floor. I realize that you can hear people above you walking and it sounds pretty loud and can be disturbing.

Beautify property with a vintage Hollywood vibe! Pool and beach area were perfect with wait staff to bring drinks and food while relaxing. Upscale feel, not a party vibe if you are looking for that! When you walk out of the hotel there is so many amazing restaurants and bars to visit. The street is lined with palm trees full of lights. Staff were friendly and accommodating! We will def go back!!

We had a late departure- they were unable to let us keep our room as long as we would have liked and the only shower facilities were out door by the pool with no doors and only place to change was toilet - bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard not to have a courtesy room or proper shower facilities

Wow what a fantastic stay, even included a breakfast option. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, willing to help, and made sure we were taken care of.

The breakfast option was a bit cheap with the portions and only included one drink. Waiter not accommodating to requests and allergies. Could have went to a diner for the price we paid with breakfast.

The Savoy is an artfully designed and decorated hotel, with excellent staff and accommodations. The rooms are overall very comfortable and have lovely terraces. We had especially excellent service from the receptionist, Rose, at the front desk. She made sure our stay was perfect. We had an issue with the bed in the first room, but Rose immediately resolved the issue with flying colors! The pool area is wonderful and the beach are is excellent. Georges, the beach area manager, was very sweet and kind, he really makes sure every hotel guest is comfortable. The Savoy hotel staff all make this lovely hotel exceptional. The hotel also has a espresso/latte machine in the lobby, along with bottled water in the rooms and at the beach and pool.

The first room we had didn’t have a comfortable bed, but the front desk receptionist resolved the issue immediately and made our stay perfect.

Amazing location with private access to the beach. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bed, in particular, was super plush. Attentive staff and great service.

The cocktails and food were average. Would have liked it if the beach club was open longer in the evening.

The room was excellent -- it was spacious and very cute, the pool and beach club were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect.

I can't really think of anything except for more grace when asking for a late check-out. As it turned out, we were able to hang out at the pool after check-out, which worked out perfectly fine.
