My room had horrible noise of electrical noise that kept going off continuously.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We got upgraded because the AC did not work in our room. The room facilities are great especially if you do not want to eat in restaurants (very expensive for no reason). We used the roof top terrace for all our meals and enjoyed the views. There is no problem to bring your own food and drinks to any shared space. They also offer a complimentary coffee and simple breakfast.

There is only one elevator which is very slow. Very long wait every time we needed it. Depending on what type of deal you get when you book - it could be a good value if you do not pay full price :)

the location is superb but do not expect a quiet night if you have a beach view room - south boach strip is LOUD all night long. Bring ear plugs. The, just as that night time partying and car races subsided, the marathon began with woops and cheers from spectators. Not much sleep but pretty unique Miami experience. The staff were mostly new and knew absolutely nothing about Miami whatsoever.

Perfect location, staff is friendly and very helpful, very clean hotel and room, rooms are renovated for a perfect stay, the bathroom is super nice and clean, basic breakfast is offered. The staff allowed me to have my dogs which I appreciated a lot. They have a valet service which was very useful. Bikes, beach chairs are complementary. Hotel is located right in front of the beach, restaurants are all around

The location was excellent. The staff were really nice, Jenna at front desk received us and treated us well. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The patio overlooking ocean drive was great to have. The pool area was lovely and views over the park and ocean drive from that vantage point was really cool. Getting a glass of champagne on arrival in the evening from Jenna added a special touch to the stay. Overall, a great stay was had.

The Valet service needs to be improved. But seems to have gotten better after a complaint. Once that is corrected stay would be superb.

The property is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is complementary in this hotel, they give us towel and chairs to use at the beach that is just across the road, very short distance. Staff are amazing. We got our room straight away after we arrived, I would like to thank all the staff and Jessica the manager for looking after us and make our stay smooth and special.

Lovely staff and the roof top beds

Shower didn’t have enough pressure and temperature couldn’t be regulated either too hot or too cold. Shower cubicle in need of refurbishing. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom .

We spent 2 weeks per year in this hotel from 2019 to 2023, out stay in 2023 was not good, hotel was becoming too old and not confortable. But we were really suprised in may 2025 by another 2 weeks stay there: hotel was all new, they improved a lot, they added a complementary continental breakfast, and many nice stuff. For sure we will come back again

The location was perfect a little off from the excitement of Ocean Drive street. The room was excellent it was like being in a apartment, 2 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen. The beach was across the street. The pool was great, nice and quiet.

I have don't have any negative thing to say. They are renovating the hotel so there is a lot going on but all was fine.

William and all the staff people are very nice and helpful, very smiley and willing to give you any information you might need during your stay. The hotel is perfectly located on ocean drive and just one min walk from the beach, restaurants, coffees, bars and the famous Miami Beach picturing place. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool and well decorated. They give you beach towels if you need it and the chairs as well you can carry on the back. There is a balcony at the lobby room too. The apartment/room we had was very clean and with the necessary amenities.

The hotel is well located on ocean drive which is a famous avenue so do expect some noises as well during the night. The room we had was very dark since the view was on another building, we couldn't really enjoy the balcony.
