Localization is perfect. Near to the beach. Close to communication. We really appreciated the posibility to use the washer and dryer and the rooftop swimming pool. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. I had to start my stay with cleaning. The handles in the kitchen were sticking to hands. You couldn't see the world through the dirty windows. During the stay, poor ventilation was a problem. There is high humidity. It smells musty.

The property was nice over all. But to not have a working elevator is not right. Fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night was terrible.

Wonderful Miami Beach - South Beach location, price very attractive compared to others in this area. Only a few steps from the beach, and the famous Ocean Drive. Lots of space with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very important were washer and dryer, thanks to them we could only pack lightly for our extended 3-week stay. The apartment gave lots of washing / dishwashing detergents, even coffee for the coffee machine, olive oil for cooking. Very convenient that instead of a key there was an electronic lock with a code, so we didn't have to wait, and there was no problem of sharing keys when our group wanted to split. Tips: For cheap shopping go to small shopping center on 5th street. Food - Publix. Clothes, luggage - Ross. For moving around - FREE public trolley on Washington Ave. just around the corner. For best price and quality excursions - just get the biggest package from Big Bus Tours with Everglades, Key West, 2-days hop-on/hop-off bus around all of important places in Miami, directly on their web page, not from local shops.

The apartment was a little run-down, needs some work, but everything was working OK. Pool is not heated, so in January the water was cold, I guess in the summer it won't be a problem - but anyway the beautiful sunny beach is only 3 minutes walk.

The pool is good for the kids, the location is quite good, walks away from many places in miami Beach.

The check in time could be more flexible for customer who come half earlier than the check in time. The sofa bed needs an upgrade. For 4 people staying, they needs to provide 4 towels.

Pulling up to the back for load in and load out was great. Rooftop pool was nice and clean but very cold.

Getting beach wagons up and down from the stairs without elevator working was difficult.

It was very easy to check in and out. Location is just perfect. 2 minute walk from Ocean Drive, but in a quiet residential area. The pool was great and perfectly working. The 2 bedroom apartment was great - kitchen and equipment all worked. We appreciated the presence of stuff like salt pepper and oil available! One of the room has ensuite bathroom, the other one had the bathroom just next to it. The apartment was on two floors, and was very spacious.

No staff - which feels weird, but we knew already. No late check-out allowed, which was a shame as we had a late flight.

Staff was perfect - in the beginning we had some problems because there is a lot of moisture - I didn’t like it and the staff changed me the apartment, then they installed in my apartment - Dehumidifier - very quick, and the problem disappeared

The apartment is not new one - soon probably will need refurbishment but location and all equipment inside is perfect!!
