We had a great stay - I had read some reviews that complained about noise and I was scared about it, but it turned out to not be a problem at all. Really appreciated having bikes you could rent right in the entrance of the hotel, with a discount for using them - the hotel is very close to the beach and the bike lane along the coast, so it can be very fun to bike around! The room was very spacious and full of light, had everything we needed and was very clean as well. Also really appreciated that they provide make-up remover wipes., in addition to the usual shampoos etc

The hotel will SPAM you with A MILLION very long and not to-the-point emails with long info on a complicated process for early check-in, requests to provide reviews, million instructions of all kind... I just wish they didnt make things harder than they need to be.

This property is great!! My group of 10 friends and I stayed here and the rooms were super spacious and comfortable. It is super nice having the minibar, cafe, and pool all right at the hotel and makes the experience super enjoyable. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and it was super easy and convenient to have free beach chairs available for us there. All of the staff was great and very helpful. I totally recommend staying here

It would be nice if the rooms could get towels / toilet paper restocked daily

The location in terms of the beach front is good requiring little walking. In terms of business travel, it is a little far from the convention centre requiring taxi use. All in all though, a great place to stay with friendly staff and worth booking.

It is a little expensive although keeping in mind the exchange rate element to international travel and it appears to be a general element with accommodatin in Miami, if compared to costs in other international destinations like Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Tokyo as examples.

The hotel was very clean and stylish. The location is excellent! Staff in general were very pleasant and the hotel also very accommodating with our dog. The room was very spacious. The frequent texts from the reception were very welcome as were the perks like loungers at the beach. The flexibility with late check-out was also very helpful.

The hotel did use single use plastics in the room despite a note saying elsewise on this website (soap, face wipes, cutlery in coffee shop, cups/coffee utensils in room). We opted for a super king room and it felt like the room could have benefitted from another chair as there was almost too much empty space in the room. Staff at reception were unable to answer questions about public transport in Miami.

Location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and Ocean Drive. Nice quaint hotel with friendly staff with the personal touch that you wouldn't get at a big chain hotel. Communications prior to arrival was great and pre check in online was useful. Loved the key code for the room rather than having a key / key card. Bed was comfy and shower was nice. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Location was excellent blocks away from beach and ocean strip, staff was friendly, room was very clean. Good atmosphere overall. Small bar on premises open late hours to socialize.

Most of the staff didn't speak fluent English made it hard to communicate however they did their best to. Small ants around the bathroom sink. They sprayed but it didn't help they kept showing up. Balcony was very small not alot of room to sit and it faced an noisy alleyway. Valet parking wasn't on premises you had to wait 20 to 30 mins to get your car.

I love the quiet location in a more residential area of South Beach, yet still close enough to all the major destinations. The pool, outside lounge area and minibar are all nice places to hangout. I appreciate the in room coffee machine as well. The front desk agent who checked me in was very personable.

The room did not have any type of view, and the lighting was a bit bad because of this. The noise from the hallway is very loud inside the room, however they supply earplugs so I assume they are aware of this situation.

The location was great. Cute little cafe on site. Mini bar was perfect and the 1/2 price drinks from 5-8pm made it even better!! Really cute hotel and staff were helpful and really nice. They held our bags and they is a bathroom available to change near lobby until your room is ready.

Honestly not a huge deal but bigger , fluffier pillows would be a good addition

The hotel looks very nice with a modern-hipster look. The room was big and also had a modern look with a nice and spacious bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. It's nice that there is a coffee shop open during the day and a small bar during the night. The location is perfect, just 10 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins from a CVS. Eric, the front desk manager, was professional and helpful: there had been a delay in the room preparation at our arrival and we had to wait half hour longer to check in, so he offered a free room upgrade and a voucher for 2 free drinks at the hotel bar.

The pool is really tiny. The coffee machine in the room had mold in the water tank so that we were not able to use it for the free coffee they provided. This was really bad and should be checked carefully in every room. Room service is only on request and by 12 pm, so if you sleep longer or you forget, you do not receive any room service for the day and that's too risky on a vacation destination like Miami. Room had a nice balcony, but it was literally 7 ft away from the people lying at the pool, making it unusable during the day.

Easy check in and check out process, no hassle Location was perfect. Close to the beach and everything else you need

The Minibar can get quite loud at night and made it hard to stay asleep at some points (we were in rooms near the Minibar).
