I had a great stay at Casa Sofi in Miami! The hotel is stylish, clean, and super comfortable — a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made all the difference. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend Casa Sofi to anyone looking for a laid-back, welcoming place to stay in Miami!

One thing I did notice, however, was that the shower water took a very long time to warm up, and even then, it never really got hot. I often felt like I was wasting water just waiting for it to reach a comfortable temperature, which was a bit frustrating. That said, everything else about the stay was lovely, and I hope this is something that can be improved in the future — I’d still consider coming back!

Casa Sofi is located in a perfect spot, right in the heart of SoFi (South of Fifth), which is a peaceful and charming area with tree-lined streets and a relaxing atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. The hotel is also conveniently close to a public parking lot. The building itself is a beautifully renovated Art Deco property, keeping its character while offering modern comfort. The rooms are bright, clean, and feature well-sized bathrooms. Housekeeping is provided every other day, including towel changes — this wasn’t mentioned clearly in the booking, but it worked out well.

It would be great if the hotel could offer street parking permits (resident permits) to make parking easier for guests. The shower experience was disappointing: the water pressure is very low, it takes a while for hot water to come through, and when it does, the temperature is unstable. Additionally, the showerhead seems clogged, so water doesn’t flow properly, making showers uncomfortable. The rooms would also benefit from having some basic kitchen amenities, such as plates, cutlery, wine openers, glasses, and wine glasses. A toaster and a Nespresso machine would also be a useful addition.

This was my second stay at Casa Sofi, and overall, we chose to return because we really appreciated the experience. The location in SoFi (South of Fifth) is unbeatable — a calm, tree-lined neighborhood with a serene atmosphere, away from the noise of South Beach and close to the ocean. There’s also a convenient public parking lot nearby. The hotel is a tastefully renovated Art Deco building, and the rooms are clean, bright, and have well-sized bathrooms. The housekeeping schedule (every two days with towel changes) works well, even though it’s not clearly stated during booking. Communication with the hotel via WhatsApp is fast and responsive.

Despite the responsive service, I found the staff somewhat inflexible with guest requests. As a returning guest, I kindly asked for an upgrade, which was declined. I also requested a late checkout, which was unfortunately not accommodated — this was a bit disappointing. The hotel could also improve by offering street parking permits for guests. The shower still leaves much to be desired: very low water pressure, slow and inconsistent hot water, and a clogged showerhead make for a frustrating experience. Additionally, having basic kitchenware in the rooms (such as plates, cutlery, glasses, wine opener, and a toaster) would greatly improve the comfort for guests.

Easy to locate. It was located in a quaint neighborhood with numerous restaurants within walking distance and a public parking lot within a block away. The room was within walking distance of Miami Beach where we were able to rent chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Check in was a breeze. Since there was no one on property, you were given a login code for the door when it was time to check in.

We weren't able to access any channels on the television. When I inquired about this, I was told there wasn't any channels available. We had to stream our Netflix through the tv. This was an inconvenience. Also, the bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was very low to the ground and the mattress was a little softer than we like.

To get hot water in the shower you need to run it at least 15-20 min to get it…. The bed mattress is not comfortable The room door is not properly closed. You can here the noise very loud from the next door room

We had a room with two beds. The space was minimal, but it was immaculately clean. When we requested additional pillows, they were brought up immediately. Overall, it is a good value for the price.

Water pressure in the shower was low, and it took forever to warm up. Also, we couldn’t open any of the shades, because the windows are just feet away from the windows of the neighboring buildings.

The room was spacious and light. There was even a kitchenette. The location was perfect: walking distance from South Pointe Park, shops on Collins Ave and Washington Ave, and close to the beach. The bus stop to the Airport is a one minute walk.

There's no lift, so you need to carry your luggage up two (small) stairs. The rooms are cleaned every two days. The windows cannot be opened, which seems to be customary in USA hotels.

Great place at Casa Sofi, Super convent the keyless process there is no lobby or staff, once you arrive Casa Sofi has send you a code that you can use to enter the main door and your room as well, it's very easy for everyone to use. The rooms are renovated super clean and comfortable. The location is great. The hotel has something like a partnership with another hotel down the block that you can drop of your luggage after you check out. Highly recommend. Great job guys keep it up !
