We enjoyed the view and the room. Very nice

We had to request towels, wash clothes and pillows multiple times in order to get them sent to us. We made sure the sign wasn’t on the door but it took about 3 or 4 times of asking and going to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes. Started the request around 8am and didn’t finally get them until after 7pm.

It was convenient to the Bayside Market Place.

Getting into your room was horrible! I specified on my booking that I would like early check in so I could take a medical treatment. I arrived around 10:30 or 11:00 only to be told no rooms were available. I was told to check back in around 12:00. When I returned back to the hotel, I was told to check back between 3:00 or 3:30. The lobby was filled since everyone was waiting to be checked it. The 2 women at the check in counter were not friendly. I have another reservation for May 3-6. I experienced the same issues as I did on April 27. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. They adhere to their policy of check in at 3:00. Both my husband and I are seniors and to spend 5 hours in a crowded lobby was not healthy for us!

Great location. Nice layout of rooms. Very spacious, modern, and clean! Breakfast was great. Nice lobby bar and restaurant, but staff needed help. Getting a table was regularly a long wait with empty dirty tables everywhere.

Front desk staff was not welcoming or helpful for us upon arrival. The pool bar was not open, but possibly because the weather was kind of bad. Would have been nice to have suggestions of local things to do or places to eat for those unfamiliar with the area.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Central location. 10 minute walk to Miami-Dade arena. Tasty breakfast. We were there as a group of friends and really enjoyed it.

Using elevators is a bit confusing but we eventually figured it out. It would be great to add this info during check in. Pool area closes early. I got answer regarding parking only after I contacted Yotelpad through their website but nobody responded via booking chat. Parking is not available in the building and we parked in a public garage one or two blocks away.

The hotel is very nice and the pool and gym are gorgeous.

The check in process was not smooth, I was not able to check in on the keypad, there was only one person at the desk and a line. The room was small and was not properly stocked in the kitchen. Apparently the oven works as a microwave but not instructions were provided on how to use it. The employees were friendly at the bar, but when we sat for breakfast they were not attentive to our table. We had to keep asking for items. I think the hotel and the location were good but you are left to fend for yourself and ask for anything you need. So be prepared.

Staff was friendly when we checked in and out of the property. The room was clean and spacious. We got the one bedroom apartment which came fully equipped from kitchenware to a washing machine and dryer ! Pool deck was great and relaxing, opens early until late so you have more than enough time to spend there. Cocktails at the bar in the reception area are very affordable and a great place to start the night before you head out into the town. Overall had a great, relaxing stay as it is not far from manh atttactions which made transport easy and affordable.

On the last day the hot water stopped working but this was addressed immediately and fixed within 30minutes. Staff extended our checkout to make up for the lost time. No clear mention of deposits or how much it would cost, I had to check other reviews and call to get more details - deposit is pricey and could be more reasonably priced as I paid $75 a night (lucky I was only here for a couple)

Great location, good amenities in room. Safe, quiet area.

Reception staff not particularly attentive. Being waited on at breakfast - was a buffet situation but staff brought drinks. Asked to sign a bill for breakfast when it was included - not explained properly. Given vouchers for 2 free drinks but limited to choice. A few days later we found an unauthorised credit card transaction -turns out they had charged for a bar tip without informing us. Was refunded when we queried.

Requested luggage to be held upon checkout- process without a problem. Retrieving luggage was a challenge. Ticket was given to an individual who was retrieving luggage. Waited quite some time while seeing same individual obtaining luggage for others who requested after us and ended up receive 2 pieces of our 10 pieces. My husband went to luggage holding with the attendant and stated the luggage area was in disarray and the remaining 8 pieces of luggage were in different areas of the holding area. Would suggest at least a better organization of luggage holding area.

Very clean and very the staff was nice.

Streaming was not working during our entire stay. Managers did not apologize or even let us know that the whole floor streaming was not working. We had to call downstairs to inquire about the streaming services.

This is the perfect location for families. Our room had a double bed with bunk beds in a separate space, there’s a full kitchen with dishes, utensils and cookware for an extended stay. The beds are comfortable, you can walk to all amenities and the staff is phenomenal

I would have loved extra blankets in the closet. The option to purchase a small amount of laundry supplies and a dishwasher tablet or two would have been nice. The room comes with 2 coffee pods and extras are $2 each, it would have been nice to be supplied at least 4.
