Thank you very much to the kind staffs who were at the desk around I think 12:30 noontime on Tueday March 5, 2024 and gave me great advice and reserved a taxi for me to make an early 6:30 AM flight on Friday. They were very friendly, helpful, and also efficient. Thank you! The lady who helped me check in was also nice and helpful. Overall, this was a clean comfortable affordable hotel for me in Orlando, and really was a great help considering the completely out of question for me price of the conference hotel. Thank you very much! IHOP was on the premises! And there were McDonalds, Red Lobster, Walgreens nearby. Walgreens was great for shopping!!

My hotel room was pleasantly spacious, with two king size beds, which were comfortable. Clean sheets and towels were provided daily and every staff person, from the front office to those cleaning the rooms, was courteous and friendly. I enjoyed having plenty of covered areas around the pool so you could be outdoors but shaded. The location was walking distance from the Hyatt Conference Center, where my grand-daughter was competing (15 minute walk.) There is also a McDonalds across the street and Red Lobster and Walgreens within a five minute walk. I highly recommend.

The property is clearly old and the bathroom could use some rennovations to repair some erosion in the corners.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Convention Center and not too far off the different theme parks - including the new Epic Universe. It also features a 24/7 IHOP and 24/7 McDonalds for late diners which is very coveninant. The pool is appreciated under the Orlando heat, with a wide opening range (it closes at 10pm) The staff is all very friendly - especially Isabella which is super adorable and gave me good advices. The door to the room felt a bit rickety, as well as the hydraulic lifts serving the different floors (which eventually went out of order during my stay).

Location location location! We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. Easy 7 minutes walk to south concourse entrance. Tons of places to eat within walking distance walking distance, and a Walgreens and 7-11. The place and room was very clean for a high traffic, well loved Orlando hotel. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Although we didn’t eat at it, there is an IHOP attached to the hotel. Many reviews mentioned poor cable and wifi, but i had no issues with either. No problems with water pressure or temperature as well. Free and ample parking.

Pool could be open later. 10pm made it hard for us to enjoy the pool after dinner and playing in a PM wave.

The location was good The staff were great Public transport right outside I felt safe walking at night Orange County Convention Center was a 10 min walk. McDonald’s, Red Lobster, Dennys, Walgreens, 7 11 convenience store are 5 min walk away from hotel. IHOP is attached to this hotel Bus to SeaWorld right outside of the hotel It costs $2 for the ride and takes about 10 minutes. Hotel has laundry facilities

The bedroom doors open to an outside corridor. No place at the hotel for people in a group to sit and socialize.

Location is super close the the parks and everything else a tourist on a long vacation needs! Rooms were super clean and we were even about to secure an early check in for $45 extra dollars. I was looking for a location with an outside pool and close to everything we will need for our daily routine, coffees, CVS, walmart etc. Everything was 15 minutes or less! The Pool was cleaned twice a day and it was spotless everyday we went in. We will Definitely be staying here again!

I am a city person so honking and loud car noises do not bother me at all, but if you have little ones or you are a light sleeper you might want to consider a room that’s not located a near these highways.

Customer service was great and one particular employee Neha was so professional and kind that I would be glad to stay in this hotel again and again. However, one employee working during the night shift was not courteous when I checked my booking in the morning for that day. I think her name starts with " T" was the night shift employee at desk and did not leave a good impression by being rude. I hope she goes and find a job somewhere as she is not fit for front desk.

+ Friendly and very helpful staff. + The room got new paint which is nice. + location is ok with the distance to the Convention + microwave in the room is a plus point + the room is spacious + there is a store nearby and some restaurants + there is an ATM machine at the lobby + the room is clean (except.the floor), this could be better. + you have a nice view (my room was on the 4th floor) + there is a swimming pool + they have a free shampoo and soap

One time I switched off the air-conditioning and a bit later turned it on with a fan. The floor got wet for some reason. I tried to mop the floor with the towel and the towel turned out in black. They should mop the floor when they clean the room. Other than this, the room is clean enough. I'll get everyday new towels too and they empty the trash cans daily.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was amazing, we could, and did, walk to events at the convention center. There was a laundry room on the premises along with a restaurant and a beautiful pool. I travel to Orlando several times a year and will be staying at this property from now on.

I hate the traffic in Orlando, however that has NOTHING to do with the hotel. So there was nothing I did not like about my stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants and a service station nearby. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The beds are high. The air-conditioning work very well and was adjustable. I Really appreciated the refrigerator and microwave; the elevators and ice machines. There was ample parking. Great location, value for money spent.

The rooms are good, but would be wonderful if refurbished... toilets were too low, the window treatments need updating. Keep the high beds but provide a little step or bench for short or elderly people to climb up.
