We were in town for a basketball tournament at Lake Pointe and it was perfect distance not too far , there is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room smelled nice and didn't have a stale smell or any bad.odors, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, overall this was perfect for the 3 of us. If ever back we will def be staying here. PS. THE ENTRANCE IS NEXT TO MC DONALDS ,GPS DID TAKE US BEHIND MC D'S TO A SKETCHY MOTEL (DEERWOOD)

The only problems i had was the shower head (146) would only stay on the one setting that felt like needles lol , and the AC didn't get very cold , but overall very impressed

This is a nice little place to stay for a night or two. It was really clean and maintained, it's the best when you walk into your room and smell that fresh laundered sheet smell. We travel a lot and rarely experience that anymore. They had a laundry on site and a really nice little outdoor pool my kids loved. Like many have said before the breakfast was really a quality breakfast. We will probably stay again.

I have no complaints. It was a nice stay.

Very quiet and within quick distances to many retailers and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean and large enough for a family. We have three special needs children. Two use wheelchairs and the room still had space to comfortably maneuver in. We arrived a little late in the afternoon and were too tired to check the pool, but there were other guests who appeared to enjoy themselves.

The shower wasn't supplied with bath soap or shampoo. One may want to pack the travel sized soaps and shampoo or hygiene kit for such cases. It did take staff some time to access and deliver these products as their housekeeping had already closed shop for the day.

Convenient to I 75

If not coming to from the highway, GPS, takes you around the back and you have to go by a pretty run down motel and the gate was blocking off the entrance to get to Best Western. We got a room with two double beds and the one bed.If you didn't prop a pillow in front of you or behind you, you'd roll off the side.

For an old motel, it was good and clean. The bed was comfortable and they supply your toiletries. My only complaint is there was an acid type odor that I think was coming from the air conditioner but it wasn’t offensive. Front desk was very friendly.

They took a $75.00 refundable deposit from us. Two seniors with no kids or pets. Not sure what that was about.

That it wasn't janky for a motel (janky meaning trashy, sketchy, rundown; for anyone reading this who might be slanguistically impaired). That it served a full breakfast. That it was clean and kempt. We enjoyed it.

I don't recall seeing pics online of the place being a motel where you access the rooms from outside. I thought it was a hotel where every room is accessed indoors. That's what I was expecting. However, since the room was clean and we didn't have problems with anything in the room, it's all cool.

Rooms were clean and location was good, near restaurants and stores right off the exit. Over all it served its purpose was in town for basketball tournament.

The vending and ice machine could have been closer.

The breakfast was okay. The eggs were cold, but that happens. I've stayed at many Best Western and that's why I come back, everything was very clean, but the door didn't fit the opening and you could see through it, where it didn't line up. Not very safe and bugs can get in. The bathroom shower head was really dumb, hardly any water came out. Bathroom was very outdated. Sorry but this location needs attention. I will be back, but not at this one.

Very hot water for tea in dining area. Excellent. Very quiet even though we were next to expressway. Location great: many dining options and gas stations close by.

TV in dining area was initially too loud. Our outside door had significant paint peeling.

That we were able to book through booking.com and get a lower rate than they quoted us in person.

They charged a $75 fee that they said would be returned on August 8. It has not been refunded!!
