This establishment was OFF THE CHAIN wonderful and it was extremely more than I had expected. The rooms were clean and spacious, I felt like I was home away from home. It's the PERFECT STAYCATION hotel that I would recommend to anyone. Breakfast was HOT and FRESH and the attendants were delightful at keeping the area stocked for the onset of guests; very little to NO WAITING for refreshed replacements!!! And I MUST thank www.booking.com for the RATE I paid!! WONDERFUL!!

The only thing I don't like about it is something that can't be helped, it's the way the hotel sits on its location. We don't have a "view" of the city or anything, BUT that is very INSIGNIFICANT to what I've experienced. This will become my local hotel of choice!!

Everything was very suitable. When we pulled the sofa bed out, there was a childs dirty sock in there and mattresses weren't comfortable. We had 3 rooms booked for our group, so took off the mattress out of one of the other sofa beds and it was very dirty under the mattress..beads, crumbs, etc. That mattress was not great either, but it made it more comfortable with 2 mattresses to sleep on the sofa bed.

Front desk was very accommodating to get our whole group of 7 a shuttle to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was out a bit earlier than 6:30 so we could all have a quick bite before we had to leave at 6:30.

I was not expecting this facility to be as exquisite as I found it to be. The room was VERY clean and the decor is lovely complete with a large mini fridge and microwave!!! The FRESH breakfast is a delicious addition to the hotel and adds to the overall experience!!! I would love to make this my "go to" hotel chain as I found my local hotel in College Park, GA perfect!!

The bedframe. I found the bedframe to be a bit unaccommodating of larger framed people. I found the frame to sound as if it were breaking on me AND it is a bit too low for tall folks. May I ask that the housekeeping department take time to defrost the mini fridges as the freezer in mine was in need of defrosting.

i liked everything about the property. i would definitely stay here again. clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great customer service, no one barging in our room or any problems with safety. had sufficient plugs, tv was working, everything was very clean!

turning into the parking lot was difficult with traffic & the limited parking but that’s how most hotels are. the elevator was definitely as ghetto as other reviews stated, choose to use the stairs instead because the elevator was too slow and dingy. but none of these problems will deter me from staying again.

The airport shuttle process works very well and is so helpful. If you need the 5am shuttle be sure to get there on time. Rooms were pretty clean. Staff was very nice to us and even allowed us an early check in.

The air conditioning unit is loud when it is stopping. There also is a good bit of traffic on the road out front. Also didn’t love the midnight fire alarm going off for several minutes especially when we had to catch the 5am shuttle. However, these things are tolerable though and not really the hotel’s fault.

everything was great, except the hallway rugs were dirty old and stained. The rest of the building and rooms appeared to be remodeled. Why did they neglect the floors? other than that the staff was very responsive. Check in was fast and easy. And the room was clean and modern looking. still, it’s a very good place to stay, especially for the price.

The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced besides that nothing else. The elevators are also old they could use a remodeling.

The staff was helpful but overwhelmed at times. Rooms were cleaned at request. Towels were available most of the time. Location was close to freeway, gas stations and stores. They had security in the parking lot.

The parking spaces filled up quickly so if you came late you had nowhere to park. Towels were not always available. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole place. Had to request room to be cleaned instead of scheduled.

The inside of the hotel was very clean, as well as the room. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I thought on the whole the remodeling of the hotel on the inside was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast for the most part but thought there could've been more variety. It was a very convenient location for us because we had family nearby. I would definitely stay again.

I thought the outside grounds, garbage area and back area of the hotel were dirty and in disarray. The parking was difficult because at times there weren't enough spaces. There were not many things I didn't like. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were spacious and the staff were kind.

Its Not so much what I didn't like. It was not quite like the pictures. But it was still nice. The pool was not clean like it should have been. Found rocks in the water. Dead insects. Family member smelled urine by the pool. Patio Chairs and table faded out. I was very disappointed with the pool. Didn't have a clean feeling in the pool. The pool was a big let down. Nothing like the pic.

Nice place, being refurbished.

"Suite" was really just a larger room with a sofa. There was broken car glass in the parking area - not sure how secure it is.
