Was nice and clean I enjoyed the restaurant

When I tried to get my money for the day I didn't stay they lied and said my reservation wasn't able to do that and that they told me that when in fact they never said anything about that at all my daughter was with me and she even told them that that was never told to us the only thing in the reservation was if you canceled (which we did not)you would only get a partial refund. I hate liers and being cheated out of money that's rightfully mine so here's the sad fact it was a nice hotel but I would not recommend staying there because they can't be honest

Friendly checkin even though we arrived at 11 pm and there was a large party in the common area tables. The long counter in the room is something I wish every hotel had; very multipurpose. In shower complimentary shampoo gel keeps things clean and uncluttered. Breakfast was kept hot; crew smiled and kept to task. It was very busy when we were there at 8 and the crew kept up.

Breakfast advertising’s pancakes but that was not the case. The flow through breakfast stations isn’t good; plates bowls utensils can be better placed to guide direction of service flow.

I would like to say thank you for accommodating us in every single way. The place was wonderful. Staff was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful day we had. Also Gray location and place very clean very welcoming

There was nothing bad I could say about this place

Nice room , bathroom very clean. Great breakfast with many choices of food and beverages. Pretty quiet.

Supposedly no contact check in so I did the check in by phone. Notified if we check In before 4 there is a $35.00 charge. The contact less kiosk was not working and there was a long line to check in with no option of just picking up room keys.

I stay at this location often because of its location and cleanliness.

The only just like I have about this location is the cost of the room fluctuates so often, so greatly from night to night that I may stay there two nights and check out and go to another hotel for two more nights just because the price of that room jumps so much. And no it is not only because it may roll into a weekend or holiday it even fluctuates midweek for reasons I do not understand. I would stay there more often and longer if that were not the case

The breakfast was very good with many choices. Our room was very clean thanks to Benny, the cleaning person. Everything was modern and updated. The hotel was in close proximity to everything in Nampa. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, clean room. I felt right at home, but in style. I had a great rest on the comfy king bed after a long day of traveling. It was so nice to have breakfast taken care of in the morning. We enjoyed our stay :)

The pool was smaller than expected. I wanted to swim a few laps after being in the car all day. The hot tub was nice, but was a little sandy.

Breakfast was included and it was nice to just run downstairs and grab a little something to start the day. Plenty of options, so something for everyone. The staff were all smiles and over the top friendly. Very welcoming.

Housekeeping only comes every FIVE days, unless you put in a request 24 hrs in advance. That leaves me chasing down a staff member in the hallway for coffee or fresh towel’s . I’ve seen this over and over again lately when I travel for work. Signs in all the hotels. “Due to COVID19…blah, blah, blah…”, but I think 5 days was a bit much, it’s usually 2 or 3.

For 5 day stay would have liked one housekeeping. But we did set our towels outside room each day and did receive clean ones in bag.

The room was beautiful and clean. love the high ceilings.

There was a smell of mildew when we walked in the room. I believe it was from the shower certain. The shower it’s self was really cool looking (It’s a modern walk in style), but water got everywhere when using it. I believe this is how the shower curtain becomes mildew smelling. It gets really wet and can’t dry out all the way.
