I love that they had an indoor pool considering it was quite windy and cold outside. The room was beautiful and very clean. I would say the location was decent. Very quiet. Fast food close by.

It was unfortunate that the bar and grill were closed when we arrived around 7. My boyfriend and I were looking forward to that. Also, breakfast had stopped right as we got downstairs at 9:10am

When I tried to get my money for the day I didn't stay they lied and said my reservation wasn't able to do that and that they told me that when in fact they never said anything about that at all my daughter was with me and she even told them that that was never told to us the only thing in the reservation was if you canceled (which we did not)you would only get a partial refund. I hate liers and being cheated out of money that's rightfully mine so here's the sad fact it was a nice hotel but I would not recommend staying there because they can't be honest

The staff was amazingly helpful. Misha provided information regarding a food fair adjacent to the hotel when I arrived. Adrianna provided ice upon my departure so that I would have a cold drink during my drive.

I wish that there was a lamp at the desk. However, the room was sill fantastic.

Friendly checkin even though we arrived at 11 pm and there was a large party in the common area tables. The long counter in the room is something I wish every hotel had; very multipurpose. In shower complimentary shampoo gel keeps things clean and uncluttered. Breakfast was kept hot; crew smiled and kept to task. It was very busy when we were there at 8 and the crew kept up.

Breakfast advertising’s pancakes but that was not the case. The flow through breakfast stations isn’t good; plates bowls utensils can be better placed to guide direction of service flow.

I would like to say thank you for accommodating us in every single way. The place was wonderful. Staff was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful day we had. Also Gray location and place very clean very welcoming

Nice room , bathroom very clean. Great breakfast with many choices of food and beverages. Pretty quiet.

Supposedly no contact check in so I did the check in by phone. Notified if we check In before 4 there is a $35.00 charge. The contact less kiosk was not working and there was a long line to check in with no option of just picking up room keys.

Clean and rooms were nice.

Couldn’t find a parking spot on a Monday evening at 7 PM Clean plates and sausage patties, not available at 8:20 AM for breakfast Pre-check in procedure did not work as QR code was not recognized.

Clean room, comfy beds. Everything on site, pool, restaurant etc. Free breakfast Very convenient. Good location

Only issue was there was no microwave in the room.

The breakfast was very good with many choices. Our room was very clean thanks to Benny, the cleaning person. Everything was modern and updated. The hotel was in close proximity to everything in Nampa. Would definitely stay there again.

Really nice hotel. I booked last minute so was $165 but worth it. I had a great corner room and shower was great bed TV air all great
