The mattress that was in my room was hard as a rock I felt like I was sleeping on the sidewalk. It was really really bad I think if they got new mattresses the place would be a lot better. The room was clean and the bed looked nice but it was like sleeping on a rock. The water has a sulfur smell so when you take a shower you smelled like sulfur and that smells bad. The fake hardwood floors were a plus they were clean there was something on the end of the bed spread 2 white stains that looked like they were permanently there. Needless to say I'm glad I was only there one night my back could not have taken any more. But the 2 girls that cleaned the rooms were very nice I asked them about a restaurant that I wanted to eat at and they told me where one was they were very nice. $160 was not worth that.

I can't really say there's anything that I don't like about the place only reason I gave it one four star in a spot is just that it's not obviously up four or five star or it's not perfect nobody is. But it is what it is for the price that it is and that's fine

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom is a little dated, but functional and very clean.

Location to Ocean City and the good rate I got!

I put on my reservation 2 adults and 1 child, 12 yrs old mentally challenged. I was put in a King Room but there was no place for my son to sleep. I asked about it and there were no more rooms available. I went to Walmart and purchased a twin blow up mattress, twin sheet set and pillow. So had to spend an additional $50 for my son to have a place to sleep. Only issue I had.

GEN Mgr PK was delightful, warm and welcoming. Location convenient, pet friendly. Good value!

Room was a little dated but comfortable and clean.

The kids love the pool that had music and the pool lite uo at night. Staff very friendly,nice, and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when we go down south 5 minutes from the Virginia boarder and about 39 minutes from chincoteague island.

The young desk staffer had a customer friendly approach and was very nice. Helpful.

The dead bolt on the inside of the door did not work.

The room was clean and comfortable. A great value for the price. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much as this was just an overnight stay. The property exceeded my expectations and I will stay again when in the area.

it was secluded and it was very quiet. the unit was cleaned. but could surely clean the chairs or love seats I suppose a little more. if you pick up the the piece that you sit down it has filth.

I really don’t know what time at night it was. but someone was banging a door near by and it wouldn’t stop and after that it was hard to fall back to sleep

PK was very pleasant and helpful. PK was doing a great job trying to refurbish this old motel to its days of glory.
