Love the country-style theme. Enjoyed the continental breakfast as well as the outdoor pool. The free room upgrade was great! The friendly, solicitous staff provided excellent guest service. The calls we made to the front desk were met with courteous rapid responses of excellence. The hotel location was so strategic, it made all the places we went to see very accessible, just a short drive away.

Other than hard-boiled eggs and fruit for breakfast, no other options were available to people on a low-carb diet like us. But then again it is understandable, being a continental breakfast and was included in the daily rate.

The staff were excellent! Very attentive, super helpful. Location was a few miles from the beach which I didn't mind at all. The motel was close to restaurants and all sorts of shops!

The beds were full size but felt a bit smaller than that. Needed more light in the room and tv didn't work. Heard the same from others. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Residue on the sinks from washing hands and brushing teeth, door to bathroom only opened about about 12 inches cuz it caught on the floor. Lots of debris under and around beds, fridge, and sink area. They didn't wash anything except for the sheets and towels. Watched for 3 days of them cleaning and nothing more.

We rejected the first room we were given for multiple deficiencies. The second room we took was a great improvement. The beds were comfortable. There were minimal but adequate amenities if we had needed those. The room was clean. We were centrally located to the events for which we were visiting.

The a/c unit was loud. The television system seemed to be overloaded so we were unable to view any programming on Live TV, and did not wish to log in to a system away from home. The attendant at the front desk was less than friendly at check in or when we reported the issues with the first room, whereas the maintenance man could not have been more friendly or accommodating.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The pool was fantastic and clean with a great deep end. Large mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Waffles in the morning (and bagels, coffee, and cereal, but come on...... Waffles!)

Our bathtub upon checking in had alot of sand it it as well as slow drainage. Even with my family, after a beach trip and dusting off as well as we thought we did, we tracked a bit of sand into the room. I feel this could be avoided with an outdoor foot wash.

The location was great with coffee shops and other places to eat close by! Our room was comfortable and clean for our 2 night stay with everything we needed. We had friends staying at another hotel close by and spent the day with them at the seafood festival. The owner Noel is very nice and accommodating. He was very patient with me in explaining the booking.com payment method. It was the first time I had used it for reservations. This is an older hotel in Chincoteague with renovations and upgrades. The property is well kept up and Noel ensures his guests are happy! Coffee and light breakfast provided.

Nice staff. Breakfast available. Pool was nice and a great way to wind down in the evening. Wasn't super crowded so it was easy to move around.

The ONLY issue I found was that people going to the restaurant next door(steamers) kept taking ALL,literally ALL of the parking on the hotels property. I had to park on the far side of the parking lot rather than in front of my room. If I was gone during open restaurant hours, I was pretty much screwed in regards to where I could park.

I really enjoy the location as it is central to everything. The rooms are a decent size and clean. There is a tiny coffee maker in the room, which is perfect for people like myself who want coffee early before breakfast begins. My son enjoyed getting breakfast that was provided by the hotel, especially making his own waffles. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a good size and clean. Perfect place to sleep and kick back at night after a full day enjoying the island! I especially love that you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony if you choose (usually we were on the beach for the sunsets).

The only thing that was a little bothersome was having the cleaning cart on the balcony right at the corner, thankfully none of us are that big, but when we were carrying suitcases or beach bags, we had to squeeze through and be careful not to catch our clothing and tear it. Also, the lighting going up the stairway was very dim. And not a huge deal, but could use a small desk lamp. There is a nice writing desk, but no lighting in that cornier

The room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. It was very clean and we absolutely loved staying in this Inn and can definitely recommend it. There is also a great restaurant only a 5 mins walk from there.

My boyfriend and I visited this Inn for one night and everything was great. I‘m aware that it is part of our culture shock, but we generally wish there was less single use plastic and stuff for breakfasts in the USA.

Centrally located to go to various places in the vicinity. Our main reason going was for the Blueberry Festival which was basically just around the corner & down the block. Could have walked.to get there.

Being older, the steps going to our room was a daily challenge. Next time we go, we will opt for a room on the ground floor. Needed an updated coffee machine. No fan in the room which was on the list of amenities.

The manager or owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. Along with running the place you would see him with a broom or leaf blower helping the other employees keep the place tidy, always with a smile on his face.

The only thing wrong I could find was the ice machine right outside my room was broken, and I had to use the one on the other side. But even that was no biggie.
