First and foremost the staff was amazing! From allowing us early check in, giving us a first level room because of my bad knees, plenty of towels and pillows in room, and house keeping was top notch. Breakfast was great! Staff stayed on top of keeping fresh coffee made and fresh fruit, breads, yogurts and waffles ready. The location was PERFECT! I love how it was set back away from the road yet centrally located enough to plenty of shops and restaurants. It was close to Assateague too. The kids loved the he pool as well! Again staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant and memorable stay. We definitely did.

I was a little nervous that it didn't look like Days Inn or Wyndham property. The manager was very welcoming and I became very comfortable with my surroundings and I understand now that it is a beach front property this is why it was painted white and blue. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There are some who have never used a waffle machine before, some large groups that like to eat at the same time, one machine is okay but two would be much nicer😃

Front desk friendly, close enough to water Park, walking distance. Close to the beach. Pool was very clean. Bed was decent not hard. Lot's of pillows. Room clean. Friendly atmosphere. Family friendly. Coffee was decent.

You had to wait till 7 for coffee. I didn't eat but if you do it is 3 types of bread, 2 types of cereals, a few yogurts put out, some apples, and a waffle machine. A carbohydrate lovers dream.

Very close to everything, especially the beach. The property was clean inside and out. Pool was nice.

Only suggestion would maybe put in a second waffle iron for the breakfast. Some mornings we had to wait quite a while to get a chance to make one.

Safe parking, close to the beach. Reasonable price

The bed mattress is too high. I have to boost myself to get on the bed. My son has the same problem that the mattress was to high and he is 6 feet tall. It would've nice to have walk in showers or safety bars in all of the showers. It is hard and old fashioned to have old tub showers in the rooms from the 1960's

Something that the Hotel could not predict but can prevent Another guest had bathroom issues in the pool But the hotel procedure was very prompt to correct it It would be nice to have a pool rules and regulations posted on the pool deck so everyone is aware of such issues

Owner was great very personable.had a little issue at check in but got figured out .breakfast was great but needed sausages like others we have been too and showed in pictures online

Pool was not open for the season .Toilet loose in bathroom .stay was short.

The staff were friendly and inviting. We had a great breakfast each morning and a swim in the great pool each evening. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again next year. We are telling all of friends and family that it's a great place to stay!

There really isn't a bad place to stay on Chincoteague. Cute little place within walking distance of food and stores and a great value if you're just looking for a quick, last-minute stay.

The lobby was really hot, and the air conditioner in room 202 was slightly finicky.

I like the place, small but comfortable. Close to everything, and above all very clean!!

The room felt too small for 3 adults, but we managed anyway. Also, you can smell old as soon as you walk in. It didn’t bothered me too much, so probably a little improvement wouldn’t hurt
