. The view was exceptional . The staff were very helpful and friendly . The pool was so relaxing . Very well kept both inside and out . The breakfast was amazing so much variety . Relaxing and great seating outside . Everything was always stocked . LOVED the bathroom toiletries they smell absolutely amazing . Definitely prime location . Felt like home away from home

. The water pressure was horrible . Not enough luggage carts, when staff was asked they said they only had 3 for the entire building. . Not enough storage space, rack to hang clothes was way to low to the ground. . No exhaust fan in the bathroom

We absolutely liked everything about the Hampton Inn! All of the staff were exceptional and accommodating! The breakfast, with a wide variety of choices, was the very best! The coffee was so good! The location was great! We loved the water front room! It was so peaceful and calm sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife and fishing boats.

Location was perfect. Loved being in walking distance on main street. The view on the bay was beautiful. The free breakfast a great variety for everyone.

We couldn't sit outside on the balcony at night because our room was on the bottom floor which I don't like. I did ask for an upper floor. There were people sitting on the porch as if they were with us. Also a spotlight was shining in our room next to or balcony near porch. Not a fan of carpet.

Friendly personnel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice and warm indoor pool. Complementary coffee and tea all day long. Free parking. Filtered water tap to fill up your bottles.

Breakfast was very disappointing. They only use disposable dishes and cutlery, which produces a ridiculous amount of waste and is also much less enjoyable to eat with. The choice of items was also not great, especially if you would like something at least remotely healthy. In that case your only choice would be to eat apples and bananas. Lots of unhealthy options though for those who fancy that: waffles, bagels, sugary yoghurts, sausages, etc.

The location of the hotel was great. A lot of dining options within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The free breakfast was another bonus and the view from the dining area was great. The staff was awesome and were able to accommodate an early check-in.

This is one place my family and I come back to every year!!! The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful location!!! The staff are the same staff every year and super friendly!!! Very clean!!! The breakfast is amazing!!! We always hate to leave!!! We will be back next year!!! Can't wait!!!

They had coffee and tea available 24-7. Excellent cleaning staff. Beautiful view especially in the evening.

No fan in bathroom. No book in room with facility amenities or times for cleaning, towel exchange Ect. Too many flies in breakfast area.

This is a comfortable little hotel that goes the extra mile to make everything delightful. The parking lot has plenty of room. Our hotel room was beautiful and the staff were exceptional. There isn't a "beach" beside the hotel, because the hotel faces the bay, but the hotel is literally just a few feet from the bay, and our room had a wonderful balcony with exceptional views of waves, sunset, and seagulls. The dining room has a cute little boardwalk right outside, and a cute mural showing the ocean, islands, and wild ponies. Breakfast has everything you need, including waffles, cereal, sausage or bacon, eggs, juice, etc, and everything is super clean and fresh and well maintained. I really enjoyed my breakfast. There is free coffee at all hours with cute little cups and sleeves, and they have dark, blonde, medium, and decaf roasts. The beds and pillows are SO COMFORTABLE. There's a little shop in the lobby with snacks, postcards, and essentials like bug spray and sunscreen. The location is exceptional, and the reason you want this hotel. You're right on main street and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and ice cream shops. We drove ourselves to Assateague Island from the hotel and got there within about 15 minutes, and saw wild ponies within about 20 minutes. You have to pay $10 to access Assateague, but there was no traffic in late September and it was really easy to get there. The ponies were off in the distance in a marsh, behind some fencing, but it was still a beautiful view of them off in the distance. Some people get lucky and see them closer. There's a cute lighthouse on Assateague that wasn't open due to covid restrictions, but still fun to visit. And the public access beach on Assateague, a quick drive from your hotel, is beautiful, with long beautiful ocean beach and shore birds and everything you could want from a beach.

balcony. I thought I booked a direct balcony that overlooked the water but it was only a partial view and mainly faced a persons shed on a different property. Bad descriptions when I booked.

The facility was extremely clean and conformable. There were a lot of common spaces to spend time as a family including outside deck areas. We saw dolphins swim right past the hotel in the morning. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to visit with us, make recommendations and tell us about the area.
