Good location in walking distance of restaurants like Captain Zack's, the Island Creamery, Sandy Pony Donuts, the Community Center, the farmer's market, Mister Whippy, etc. Staff are nice and accommodating. Pool is clean and up to 6ft deep. Good size shower with good pressure. TV was newer. Our non-beacher goer family easily hooked up their PS to it. Would stay here again.

A slight oder, but not because it wasn't clean. Just part of being a beach hotel in a very hot and humid climate (we visited in late July). Multiple flies got in the room, but again, not the fault of the hotel, and a fly swatter was provided in your room.

My room had nice decor, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. Really is the best bang for your buck if you're looking for an affordable option in the area. The pool was pretty nice with a shaded gazebo and other seating. The hotel was right next to one of the best sports bars on the island in my opinion. I think it was called Zack's something. Food there is crazy good and cheap. I had a delicious shrimp poeboy and some fried green tomatoes.

I really don't have anything bad to say about the hotel. The only thing is maybe the bathroom door in my room had a knob that was a bit dated and you had to push a little harder to close the door.

Spacious room and cozy porch deck. Staff were helpful, friendly, and they called before we arrived the first night to make sure they were still open at the front desk when we arrived. The rooms were clean, and the AC was perfect after a day out in seaside humidity. The pavilion and ice machine were nice amenities. Didn’t get to try the pool during our stay. Only a short drive to the beach.

There was no onsite laundry at the motel for guests to use, nor a nearby laundromat. Not a major concern but would be a nice convenience to be able to wash swimwear and beach towels in the evening. We had some water leaking out of the shower’s fan, but it was because the guest on the floor above us didn’t have the shower curtain closed. (The hotel manager quickly took care of this as soon as we notified them).

The room was very clean. Also I had to work late for a meeting past check out. ( On my laptop) And the gentleman let me do a late checkout. It helped so much because I also had my 2 daughters with me 16 and 5. And he hoiusekeeping staff was great. Checked to make sure I had everything i needed with a smile. And the location is off the main street. So my daughters were able to walk to places to entertain there selves why i worked. Also they have a outdoor kitchen. Which was great we cooked out,

I enjoyed that it is a quite location. No loud guests. Staff was very polite and accommodating, both the outside and inside were clean and free of litter. Great location, near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Was very affordable as well.

Parking can be an issue. There is additional parking further down the street. If you drive a large truck or have a trailer you will have to park in the rear area.

The hotel is centrally located in town, so we didn't have to travel far to get to dining or shopping. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, and my 9-year-old loved the pool. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave, which was a money-saver.

Everyone in our party (2 adults, 1 child) felt the beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses sit on a flat, black metal "frame" and it just made getting comfy extremely difficult. Other than that, we had no complaints.

This is my second time staying at the Inn and I enjoyed it this time. I loved the shower (pressure is excellent) room clean, bed is firm -which I like, pool is cleaned daily, Staff was kind..the price was reasonable too.

Flies but I guess it comes with being on an island. A fly swatter is provided. I also hope the owners consider offering complimentary coffee in the future.

The area was fun to walk around and drive through. Locals are very friendly, with food from Capt Zacks and Mr Baldys with Ms Billie as our waitress, she's the best ! Wonderful time and seeing the ponies grazing! My wish to see from a little girl! We'll be back !!! The bestest part was spending it with our wonderful friends and all of us enjoying the history behind Chincoteague island 🧡.

I hated to leave to go back to Delaware , we loved everything about it!!

Very comfortable room and well lit. Nice king size bed. Very nice room furnishings. Good location. Very convenient to local attractions and shopping. You could actually walk to most things if you wanted to. We only drove to the nature reserve , the marina and Wallops Island, other than that everything else was within walking distance. Staff was cordial and friendly. Room was very clean overall even under bed and furniture. There are plenty of places to rent bikes, scooters and golf carts if you don't want to take your car. We walked as much as possible to avoid loosing our parking space at the hotel.

Room had some minor maintenance issues. Peeling paint on some wood trim around bathroom door, spots on bathroom wall and carpet although vacuumed well was in need of a good steam cleaning. Parking lot is gravel and there is not really enough parking for everyone when the hotel is full. Ceiling in need of repair at the sink areas off the main bedroom.

Rooms clean but dated. Door didn’t seal when closed. Light came from top and side. Lock did work. Microwave and small refrigerator in bathroom. Comfortable beds. Coffee maker had terrible coffee 😱 Kids loved the pool. Captain Zakes restaurant across the street and Island Creamery around corner. The recommended Saltwater pony and dolphin water tour of Assateague was wonderful.

Didn’t like that the room door wasn’t fitted.
