Location was good, there was plenty of stuff around. Clean, friendly staff, there was no pool. But overall it was a nice place and I’d stay here again.

Lighting in the room, aside from the window, was kinda dark. The bathroom lighting could have had a brighter option on the vanity.

The location is beautiful with a lake in front of the hotel. We took a leisurely stroll around the lake. It was enjoy peaceful and we enjoyed our walk.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel front desk clerk could not find evidence that we had paid for our reservations in advance. We ended up paying twice and that had to be straightened out before we checked out. The person who was working the front desk is fairly new. The hotel manager assisted the clerk in rectifying the situation.

Very good location with lots of shopping/dining options around. Loved the apartment style rooms. Lots of room and felt very homey.

Coffee wasn’t very good

We didn't go down for the breakfast but was informed of it on check in. We were up all night so we slept in. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was very comfortable it was like a home away from home.

Clean comfortable bed great outdoor seating area with a gas fire pit rooms were somewhat dated but clean. Toilet really low which for some seniors would be difficult. For the reasonable price it was great. Would stay again if long term. It had a full size refrigerator stove 2 burners microwave and loved all the storage it had.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff, guests, the area, rooms, breakfast, and etc. I have absolutely no complaints. The patio area was my favorite spot because it has a fire pit out there and it faces the water. Very relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again. Best Staycation ever.

The young lady who checked me my first night stay. She didn't informed me of anything! Didn't mentioned breakfast or the time it started didn't tell me where the elevators where located. Just flat and seem bothered.

great stay and great staff. Only limitation is still no regular housekeeping but staff happy to provide whatever you asked for. Posted at all doors masks required in public spaces but website states only if not fully vaccinated. Did not understand the discrepancy.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. Hotel was spotless and room was well designed and comfortable. Very quiet, easy parking lot access, restaurants just across parking lot. Nice walking trail behind hotel.
