I really thought it had everything we could have wanted. We only stayed one night. We were tired and had dinner in the restraunt. Good food and convienent. The pool and the courtyard were very nice but we didnt get to use them.Our room was big and had more then i expected included in it. Staff was very nice. We will definitely be back next month for our next visit.

The hall carpet was kind of dirty, the mattres was not in great shape. Hard but 2 big dips, on on each side of the bed.

I switched to this hotel since it seemed nicer and closer to the airport than where I was. Front desk guy and shuttle driver were great. Pool was nice in a courtyard in shade and clean. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the rooms. They also have a restaurant and a little shop for quick snacks in the hotel.

No complaints. Enjoyed the stay.

A few minutes from the airport with regular shuttle and cheerful driver. Comfortable bed. Perfectly clean and pretty bed linen. Good climate control. I didn't try the restaurant as I had already eaten, but it was busy (without a long wait) and the food looked great. Handy elevator for thr higher floors.

There was a lot of plastic and so waste. Coffee cups, creamers in a pack with sugar etc, no option to borrow a plate or reusable cutlery - but plastic cutlery individually wrapped.

While this is an older property that may look dated, the location next to the airport is fantastic (one can actually walk along a sidewalk directly from the terminal, across a crosswalk, into the hotel property - safe and easy to do). The room was comfortable. I noted that the bathroom and shower were updated. My room looked out towards the west side, and was very quiet. When I accidentally left an item behind, the staff, especially Yenmy, was very helpful in locating the item and shipping back to me. That kind of friendly service makes all the difference. I would stay here again.

Coffee / tea in the morning in the lobby would have been a nice touch.

Great value, pleasant atmosphere, great location. Beds were very comfortable, and the climate control was accurate and efficient. The receptionist was very nice and answered whatever questions we had.

We were there for just one night, so there would be much more to explore on a longer visit. The furnishings were slightly dated, but the tv and coffee pot were new, and the bath area appeared to be recently updated and was very clean.

No breakfast was available which was fine. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The furniture was high quality and there was generous drawer and closet space for all of my belongings. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Well, a couple of times my key card would not work and I had to walk down to the desk to get it swiped. Then it worked fine.

Located in a convenient position near the airport, this place felt like a classic American motel with all the conveniences we required for our stay. I enjoyed the little courtyard and use of the gym as well as the water filter on the ground floor. Front reception staff were always helpful and friendly. Would recommend and be happy to stay there again.

Very comfortable and clean. The cleaning and security staff were very nice

The woman checking me in was not friendly at all. When I asked if there was an outside door she just said it was around back and no further advice as to where to go. Did not like that we could not get in the back door after 10 pm. Very inconvenient having to park out front and make sure car was moved by 7 am

An excellent location practically walking distance from Reno Airport. A spacious and comfortable room, with quality linen and toiletries provided. Ideal for a two-person stay.

The aircon in our room was set to economy saver mode, with no option to override it, so kept cutting out once the set temperature was reached, and this took a while getting used to and falling asleep with. The bathroom door was temperamental at best, and needed fixing.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I required help with bags and oxygen equipment and they were very happy to help. The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was very low to the ground and did not have a grab bar. I think a higher toilet and/or a grab bar would be good for this ADA room.
