Well appointed pet friendly hotel located In a beautiful little valley with a farm and field right behind it -so it was a very restful place to stop during our road trip. Was right off the highway but we felt like we were in the middle of the countryside. Nice covered drive up area for loading and unloading the car which was appreciated because it was raining when we left. Hotel also provided luggage carts for transporting baggage to and from the room. Room was very clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Not the property's fault - but when we arrived and checked in there was an additional $50 pet fee which Booking.com hadn't accounted for.

We got the double queen suite with a pull out couch for two adults 4 kids. Huge room, super high ceilings, with plenty of space for an everyone to be comfortable. Had the continental breakfast every morning. It was OK. Kids love the waffles so that kept them satisfied. Home fries were still frozen, but otherwise not bad. Conveniently located near gas station and quick mart for on the road needs. Easy digital key access and check in/check out process on mobile device.

I did not like the humidity in the pool area. Very thick air made it hard to breath when in the pool area. I did not like the excessive heat in the hallways. I did not like that the refrigerator in the room was out of order.

The third floor on which I stayed looked great! The building is being renovated. I'm sure the rest will look great soon.

I was in room 329 and the WiFi was not functional. I received a signal strength of 60% but couldn't connect to anything. I brought my laptop to the lobby where it worked perfectly.

The breakfast was excellent-- lots of choices between hot food (cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker), and cold foods (fruit, cereals, bread/muffins, etc). The pool was nice. The room was great-- one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at- and we've been to dozens. The area was a good blend of busy (3 truck stops and a McDonald's just down the hill) yet quiet. The recreational park down the road had a beautiful walking trail and playground for the kids to enjoy. My husband drives truck, so it was a perfect place for us to meet up with him. We had a great experience-- the staff did an excellent job between the breakfast, cleaning the rooms, and the front desk. A++

Honestly there isn't anything that stands out.

The staff takes great care of it's guests. They are doing renovations and the new rooms are a great value.

Nothing, really. Since some parts are new, it just makes the older parts look that much older but I know how that works. Staff is wonderful.

The location was further away from our final destination than I thought. That was bad planning on my part. Had nothing to do with the hotel or the staff!! We felt safe. Quiet..comfortable.. EVERYONE WAS EXCEPTIONAL!! THANK YOU!!

That was great. The people who hosted it were absolutely lovely! Food selection was great! Coffee and tea were always available. Especially liked large refrigerator in room

Room awkward. Could not adjust the air conditioner. Had to stay in bed by ac to see the tv. So sometimes too cold. Would have liked better food nearby but not a deal breaker.

The wonderful staff and cleanliness of the property. The beds were comfortable too, and breakfast had a nice variety.

The room was huge! I was very surprised! MY only problem was that it had a tub, not a walk-in-shower. However, there were sturdy bars all around the tub to hold on to. The room was great!

Asked for a wake-up call. Didn't get one.
