The hotel is very well located, quick access to downtown, the room was clean, the service was good, the good thing about the hotel is that you have parking included, which makes you save money since in that city most hotels charge parking additional way. The included breakfast was good.

Location is easy to get to off 24, with several gas stations across the street and McD literally so close my map app told me we had arrived at the hotel. The lobby was clean and the gentlemen at the desk were most polite, and our room was much nicer than I expected from the exterior of the property. I was sorry we were only stopping to sleep and shower. My husband and I agreed we could stay a month in that king suite room. Breakfast appeared to be the standard reconstituted eggs and sausage patties with DIY waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt. But after sitting down with a tiny portion just to appease the hunger enough to get on the road, my husband went back for a full plate LOL he was thrilled to discover the eggs and sausage were actually quite good! The lobby is large and open, so I was able to walk laps for awhile before settling in for a day of driving. Exceptionally good value for our stay, and we will not hesitate to stay again.

We rolled in to town at 1045p, and felt a little unsure about leaving our bags in the car as we normally do. The location is a bit sketchy, but once inside the hotel, all is well. We moved our vehicle around to the back once we had our room, and had no problems. In the room, the only negative was the cover for the bathtub overflow was off, exposing the open pipe.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff had great Customer Service skills.

Even though there was an ironing board, there was no iron for our clothes. I called the front desk twice, and they promised to get with Housekeeping to bring me an iron, but nobody came to bring me one. Finally, the front desk service told me that there was no iron in the building. I was disappointed. Additionally, one of the elevators did not work which made our waiting time to get from the lobby to our room and vice versa long. Too many people were using one elevator.

The staff was fantastic and we were checked in very quickly. The lobby, hallways, and the room were clean and much larger than we expected for the price. The hotel is also conveniently next to the highway, so it was very efficient to get back on the road after our stay.

You could tell the rooms were slightly weathered based on some spots on the ceiling and the walls. The location was not the best in terms of cleanliness (does not apply to the hotel).

The room was spacious, clean and the facilities were good overall. Location is within 10 minutes drive to downtown which was great. The breakfast was okay, nothing wow. Overall, it was good value for money

Communication with the frontdesk staff was a bit of a challenge initially over the facilities included in my booking. We eventually sorted this our and became friends.

Some second floor rooms at the rear are level with the pool and the room windows are very very close to the pool patio so it can be loud if people are partying ! We did request a move which the front desk team actioned swiftly : many thanks

Facilities were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple but good. The location was excellent for all of the attractions. Staff is pleasant and accommodating and always available and willing to help.

If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the highway. The freeway is busy and noisy all night. Ice machines seem to only be turned on for the weekend.

I ask for a room with a kitchen and didn't get it, ended up with a microwave and frige. It's too far from everything but that's my fault I should have looked at the location better.

A great facility that needs better management. Room was very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Hotel was dirty. Ran out of breakfast one day 45 minutes before closing time. Housekeeping was poor in the room and even though we put out our card for cleaning it never got cleaned. The people are not friendly, don't know how to talk to their customers, and are very lazy. Tables at breakfast never get wiped but there are no cleaning clothes. Great facility which is poorly run. Young girl at front desk was too busy with her phone to help you calculate your bill for snacks.

Room was spacious and clean. The Hotel was easy to find and a short drive into Nashville. Staff was friendly and helpful. Upon check in, we were able to arrange a shuttle to Nashville and a return ride, so we did not have to drive and find parking in town.

The lobby was impersonable and could be a little more inviting.
