First, every staff member we encountered was notably friendly, caring and helpful. The breakfast offered far more options than I'm used to. The food was hot where it should be (eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc.) and cold where it should be (milk and juices, etc). I enjoyed breakfast two or three of the mornings while there. Additionally, since the elevator was broken down for repair during part of our stay, the hotel offered free parking and also free laundry use. Those were great benefits, as we were in town for a baseball tournament. So it helped save some money! The property was in a great location near highways and downtown. And it was a safe area to walk in the mornings or early evenings.

Probably the only drawback was that the bed seemed to be a queen (I thought I booked for a king, but I may have messed up on this detail) and the additional sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable for sleeping. But it was manageable. And the room was super quiet, so this issue was minor in comparison.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were so welcoming and ready with recommendations for dinner. The suite was good sized and came with a nice little kitchenette, desk and sofa bed. Nice size bathroom with separate vanity, strong, hot shower with bathtub. The hotel and room was very very clean, modern decor and very comfortable. The pool was perfect and not too deep so my daughter could play freely. The property was easy to get to, close to highway and downtown and still very quiet.

The breakfast was basic and lacked fresh fruit and the juice machine wasn’t working. The two televisions were very close so sometimes the remote accidentally turned on and off the wrong one. The pool was very brisk temperature wise! But honestly I am really reaching to find any criticism.

The suite was great and the breakfast options were wonderful!! The pool was awesome!! Wonderful place to stay except one exception

When we were leaving, our car had a tag on the windshield about paying for parking. We didn’t realize there were QR codes you were suppose to scan or that we were charged for parking if you were a guest. This was a $21.00 hidden charge that was unexpected. Unacceptable

room size was good for 2 people. Breakfast was good and tasted above average for a hotel breakfast. staff was very friendly. Shower and bathroom was recently remodeled and water pressure was awesome!

The electrical oulets need to be replaced with newer style. They were loose and not all of them worked or were easy to find.Could tell the room was recently remodeled but not the entire room.. reccomend to finish remodel of walls, paint and electrical.

Location was great to get to the downtown Broadway bars and restaurants!

I wasn’t happy that I did not get the room I had thought I booked. I booked a King room and was given a Queen Bed Room. I was told that when you book through a third party vendor you are not guaranteed the room you ask for. I have stayed at this venue twice and both times I was not given the room I asked for.

The staff was very nice & accommodating. The breakfast was good. We had 2 double queen beds with a sofa bed suites for a group of 7. The rooms were a nice size & the sofa bed had a pull-out bed underneath which was a pleasant surprise. Each room had a microwave & a very nice see-through glass refrigerator.

Although my fees were waived I didn't like the $10 parking fee added to each room. It's not a gated, guarded, or valet parking lot, so I don't understand why there's a parking fee. The pool water was a little cold but I was still happy they had an indoor/ outdoor pool.

The breakfast was just so. It lacked variety. The same thing each day. We stayed an entire week. Otherwise the breakfast would have been fine.

The elevator broke and we were on the third floor. But, things happen, so I consider it exercise.

Hotel had everything we needed. Very clean, staff were friendly and the pool was a plus as it was super hot. I would say maybe someone could take the bugs out in the morning time maybe, but we did it ourselves with the net too. Breakfast was sufficient but was disappointed there was never any bacon

Deserae at the front desk was absolutely the best. Professional,helpful and informative. Wish every hotel had workers like that. The room was excellent Clean,comfortable and accessible. I highly recommend

Elevator was down but they waived the parking fee And gave us a first floor room
