The shuttle service was top notch and quick. They took us anywhere we wanted to go within 5 miles of the hotel. Pick-ups were timely. The room was spacious and clean.

It was disappointing that we had to pay for the parking. The hot breakfast was lukewarm but there were plenty of other options available. We had to ask on our third day there to have someone come in to clean after we were told they would automatically clean on the second day.

The location is close to everything in the city. Overall the facility was nicely decorated and had tons of comfy spots to lounge inside and out.

A few (not all) of the day time, front desk staff were not warm and welcoming at all. They never smiled, like not even once. They weren’t flat out mean but it was almost like “I don’t want to be here but I am here.” I asked one lady a question and she didn’t even look up from what she was doing she just gave me the price and a very rude tone and kept on working:

Did not love the breakfast, though it was not bad. I would have liked more fruit and more main dish selections. The orange juice machine didn’t work half of the time, and they ran out of coffee a couple of times- but did make more. We also did not like paying for parking.

Loved how homey it was and comfortable. Didn't feel out of place. Enjoyed the breakfast. Beds were so comfy we missed our alarm. Plenty of fast food to eat around the hotel for when you needed something quick.

Price was a little steep for just a weekend. Paid over $500 just for two nights, with an additional $75 pet fee, with an additional $50 safety deposit. This was even with discounts through booking.com.

Nice comfortable room and kitchen was good. Good charging stations in lobby and good work area. Near other hotels and about 2 miles from downtown but quieter. Was ideal for work downtown with Uber/Lyft etc.

Breakfast was a zoo. Breakfast bar area was too small and the poor attendant was totally overwhelmed by the birds of prey attacking the food. Please hire some help for her!!!! Also, make it a bigger space!!! Would be nice to have bottled water in the room for the coffee maker, etc. Overall a nice stay and a bit of an upgrade from the usual budget chains.

walking distance to a few restaurants of bars The fact that hotels in general have become sooo expensive (feel like I'm being robbed to make up for lost business during Covid)

The staff was really friendly. They went out of their way to help me with any questions I had. The room was very nice and clean. They come everyday and do a light cleaning, which it will tell you that in the room. It is also in a nice location, it is close to downtown, but not so close that you have to deal with that kind of traffic/noise.

I do not have any complaints that I can think of.

Man who checked us in particularly friendly and welcoming. Rooms had good kitchen facilities, were large and very clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Really liked the downstairs seating area for coffee and breakfast.

$10 per night parking charge, limited fresh fruit (or canned fruit) and unsweetened options at breakfast eg cereal. Had to also ask for black tea for breakfast as none put out.

Good breakfast, very new facility, liked the shuttle, clean place, wasn't expecting a kitchenette but it was really nice, nice staff

Hours for the shuttle were very limited but when we did use it the drivers were very nice and we appreciated saving some money on transportation back and forth to the downtown area.
