How spacious the layout was and how well equipped the kitchen was too. This room had everything g to accommodate my family and I. AND it was super clean which I can appreciate.

The only thing I don't like is how companies and major corporations price gouge during times of graduation and other special events. I mean my goodness show some humility and grace to the family's traveling to come see their loved one walk the stage. You're still going to make money but there's no need to take advantage of people.

Everything The staff was Amazing and so helpful the hotel was very clean and comfortable with a kitchen to fulfil ur needs , The beds were so so so soft I slept so good an the air was ice cold how I love it. the location was perfect for everything we had planned an it was plenty parking spaces for those who like to hang on Broadway all night I would Definitely stay here again

No breakfast at this location. We bought groceries. There is a nice in-room kitchen.

Unfortunately, the tub drain was extremely clogged. Its been clogged for a long time. The hotel was so busy, we chose not to mention it until the morning we left. So maybe others before us didn't mention it either.

We paid in advance to make sure we had a room. 2 bed, 3 adults, they didn't have the room, they gave it to someone else. We had to wait a little over an hour for them to find us a room. We ended up with 2 different rooms on 2 different floors. That.being said the rooms were very clean and comfortable and they said we wouldn't be charged for the extra room..

Great bed and pillows and shower--my key expectations and judgment points.

Admittedly I was attempting to stream on the wifi and it occasionally buffered. Not for long, but repeatedly. No problems with general web surfing, e-mail, and the like.

They didn’t have a late check out we had a later flight that’s the only thing I did not like.

The room was amazing! Way nicer than I anticipated since this was a spur of the moment trip and I just picked something lol so it was such a pleasant surprise to have picked somewhere so nice. Also, the lady who checked us in was so so nice!! We where there later in the day (I don’t remember her name) but she was the later shift and did amazing!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and courteous.

The hotel needs a better variety of food and snacks due to not having a kitchen. Also the complimentary tea (better variety) and the coffee was just okay.

Close to downtown. Very clean

Didn't change out towels and only give 2 of them. No floor towel when stepping out of shower

The employees were very nice and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and had a good working shower, which is a big plus!

No pool and the bedroom had a little of a moldy stench
