My Spouse and I visited this location for our Anniversary trip. Before we arrived, I called ahead and spoke with Drew. He was so helpful and patient with all my questions. I love that they have a free shuttle to the downtown area. Booking the shuttle each day was fast and convenient. Each staff member I encountered was so friendly and welcoming. Especially the ladies in the breakfast area each morning. The location is ideal and easily accessible to the major interstates, and you can walk to several restaurants. It sits right behind a gas station for quick snacks if needed. There is also a snack pantry in the lobby. The thing I appreciate the most and was the cherry on top was the help of the General Manager Hamza. I had a gift shipped directly to the hotel for my Spouse; however, it arrived literally hours after we left. He was kind enough to ship the item back to our home for me. I would recommend this location!

Convenient location. They had the best shuttle service. When you called the driver told you approximately how long he would be there to pick you up and true to their word they were. Was excellent!

Room was not cleaned after the first night, nor were the towels replaced. When we left the second day to go on our excursions, I asked the lady to make sure she at least replace the towels. When we came back, not only did she clean the bathroom, replace the tiles she also made up the bed.

Frank, the shuttle driver was excellent. Very helpful and informative. Breakfast was good. Needs alittle more variety of choices not same one's every day. Staff was very friendly. Alittle too pricey for just 2 nights. I guess you're just paying for location.

The location was okay but alittle too pricey for how far Broadway is. Breakfast could have more choices like Bacon sausage

Location fine. Food was good.

Food bar closed to soon Could have kept food containers full of food. As time ran down containers were not refilled filled. Eggs ,bacon,and coffee ran out.overall stay was good.Front desk workers were very helpful with information which was very helpful.

Close proximity to Broadway and the East use of the shuttle.

It was under construction and was loud when we first got there in the afternoon. In addition the elevator smelled awful.

noisy like truck reving up. we think it was the air conditioner on the roof. noise would come and go. room wasn't ready until 4:45 pm

The location is great. Close to downtown. They have a free shuttle to take you anywhere within 4 miles. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. We were upgraded to a better room for free.

We heard the tv in the room next door all night and we were right by the ice machine.

This place was excellent! 10/10 for sure! The staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, free breakfast and shuttle to Broadway. The shuttle drivers were very nice, and the housekeeper. Very comfortable stay. Would be back when I’m in Nashville!

Shuttle bus offered, cleanness, full breakfast, swimming pool, gym, great value for your money. Would definitely book with them again if staying in nashville.

location was great! breakfast was good. room was nice and clean. staff was super nice! Terrence, day time shuttle driver, was amazing.

This is not really about the property but. One reason we chose this hotel was the shuttle to and from downtown and the Nissan stadium. Saturday night the night shuttle guy no show, no called to his time. I completely understand this issue with finding good workers. Thankful Terrence stayed over long enough to get us back downtown and get another family back to the hotel.
