It was clean, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable. The only thing I needed was fluffier pillows, they were quite flat. But our stay was great overall and we stayed here again after the first stay.

I loved the view of the Westin. It's amazing, the interior design of the place is well pleasing. Recognize the courtesy and dedication the front desk and the customer service team were top notch in my opinion. The housekeepers are amazing and the restaurant staff and hosts are very friendly and helpful. They just helped me so much I'm blessed to have scored such a great place to stay. Guest relations even displayed extra courtesy during my unexpected issues related to booking errors on a third party booking site.

The realization that I have to leave soon and I really do not want to leave here.. I will definitely be back soon if I can stay longer I will do it for Valentine's Day ..

The lobby was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff kept towels stocked at the pool and very friendly. The pool area had lots of seating

The pool was nice but just a little small. There were no vending machines or snacks available for purchase. We arrived late and I was tired hungry and thirsty. Although the rooms have 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea my husband downed the water immediately. The only option was to order uber eats or leave the hotel and go to a nearby fast food place.

From the moment that we checked into the hotel, our experience was great! I explained upon check-in that my husband had challenges with walking, and so they were sure to give us a room close to the elevator. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable, which provided for a great night sleep. we had a car and the valet was always available when we needed to leave the property. We will definitely return this property next time we are in town.

We thought the cost of the parking was to expensive. The service at the restaurant was good. However, the restaurant itself could use a little bit of a facelift. Also, upon checkout we had difficulty getting a copy of our bill at five in the morning.

Very nice and clean hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was so helpful from the time entering the establishment until the day we checked out! The rooms were clean and comfortable! The beakfast was delicious every morning! My sister and I enjoyed relaxing at the pool area after breakfast each morning! The entire staff was so courteous and helpful! I give the place a thumbs👍🏿 and will stay there on future trips! Thanks for the beautiful four different color long stem roses they were a lonely touch on Mother's Day!

I wasn't familiar with the area so if the hotel would offer shuttle service I think it would be a useful addition!

This place was well clean . 24 mins located from downtown .

I didn’t like that overnight parking is $21 a night. I didn’t like if you didn’t have the do not disturb on the door the cleaning crew would come in the next morning and take your trash out and make your bed * which is no problem , but I had important personally belongs out when I left the room * Just wish I knew sooner when checking in , so I could have my belongings put away . The pool was well below freezing. I couldn’t enjoy myself in the pool because it was just too freezing. Even on days it was 86 degrees. The pool was freezing.

I love the cleanliness of the room and even the view was nice of the city. I enjoyed my workout at the hotel gym. It had everything I needed to get in a good workout. The staff were friendly and the check in process was easy and clear.

Only thing I would say was the water pressure of the shower. Not a huge deal but I typically love showers with high water pressure. Also the walls seem to be pretty thin, at times it was loud enough to hear the other guests in the room next to mines.

The breakfast was amazing! It had every single thing you could ever dream off. The coffee is starbucks coffee, and everything is hot and fresh. The staff is cool, and I recommend having valet park your car. The beds are thr most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I even bought the mattress and bed set up.

At night time, several homeless people will walk up to you and try to hit you up for stuff. The food menu is fairly limited. And very pricey. The rooftop pool is on the 3rd floor.

Since the pandemic, I've noticed a lot of hotel properties are struggling to maintain the level of service they offered before the pandemic. This Westin location is doing a great job and is offering a very nice option for people who want to stay in this part of Dallas. As far as noise, there was a bit of noise from a siren coming from LBJ, but no sound from adjacent rooms or hallway. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the frittata was perfect, and staff were very nice and attentive.

I traveled in my own car. Arrival at the entrance was a bit chaotic. Valet staff were very nice but I don't recall seeing any luggage carts. I wanted to self-park and overall the entrance felt a bit crowded and my ability to transition to my room seemed to take a bit of time. One other item that was not the fault of the hotel. The heat was turned on and a lot of water condensed on the large window, causing water drops to college on the window ledge. I put down towels so the water didn't soak the carpet and called the front desk. The manager was aware of the situation. Not sure what you can do about it, except it would be nice to avoid getting damp carpets that might not dry out quickly.
