Location. Comfortable bedding and pillows!! Breakfast. Employees. AC worked very well!

No fitness center!! It has been replaced by expanding the breakfast area. Hot tub was not working... the heating thingy was out. The fitness center and hot tub were 2 of the reasons I booked this hotel. We were pretty disappointed. The shower/tub did not have any shelving to place our shampoo, conditioner...etc. Poor lighting in the sink area and room. Maybe we just booked the wrong room. We travel frequently to Fredericksburg, so we may give this hotel another chance.

My room was very clean and my request for a first floor room was accomadated. As I had a pet with me, I was conveniently located near an exit door. I also liked having the small fridge and microwave.

Surrounding area was a little sketchy. I also miss having a real coffee pot...even the ones that only made 4 cups. If we are going only get a one serving coffee maker, then please provide many more coffee packets without me having to request more.

Was easy to get to, but might have preferred closer to downtown. However, liked that it was quiet with no noisy neighbors! Staff was mostly friendly and helpful!

Not much that didn't like. My grandson used the hot tub which didn't work properly--- no working jets and only warm. Breakfast was OK, but basically same everyday with little variety! But at least, it was available!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had hot choices to choose from as well as the ordinary cold breakfast items. The coffee was good, and the apple juice was exceptionally good. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

The hot tub was not working, and the pool water was too cold to get into.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. Front desk staff said hello and wished us a great evening every time we left and returned. We asked for an additional comforter and we were accommodated with no questions asked. Also, upon returning from an outing on our second night our room keys were not working. The guy at the front desk issued us new ones , again, with no questions asked other than the room number!

The breakfast was about what you would expect; Some type of eggs, sausage/bacon and breads. It was a standard setup with muffins and bagels and a few types of fruit. It was acceptable.

The apple juice was mostly water. Would have liked a little variety of yogurt, and would have been nice to have the availability of maybe some oatmeal or cereal.

It was clean and comfortable. I would like to give a shout out to the evening check in clerk the night we checked in. He was sweet and helpful and when there was a tornado watch, he had updated information on the weather and what we could do if we needed to take cover. This man made us feel safe. So thank you.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms and a good choice at breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and would stay again.

Its a little difficult to walk into town as there is no sidewalks along the main road. Having said that you walk down side roads to avoid most of this.

breakfast was very nice, filled you up. the coffee was not fresh, all in all the food was good. the front desk people were very helpful, they went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful stay.

the hot tub did not work. that was one of the factors, in choosing a place to stay, for us.

Good size room, with comfy bed and pillows. Hot breakfast was better than most in this category of lodging. Pet friendly, although there was a pet fee. Quiet rooms.

Discovering and selecting TV stations to watch was not very convenient and fairly non-intuitive, plus many channels shown on the guide were not accessible.
