The location was wonderful. Very convenient to our destination and to restaurants. Appreciated the handicapped suite, but did think it odd that pots and pans were included when there was no stove. Loved the size of the refrigerator/freezer and did appreciate having plates, bowls, and cups with some utensils. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water temperature of the bath/shower was good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and baked fresh cookies for guests in the afternoon. They were delicious.

The chair for the desk table in our room was very wobbly and one leg was ready to break off. The toilet tank leaked, but my husband was able to get it to stop by repositioning it.

The hotel is in a nice area that is close to the mall, Starbucks, food/places to eat, and car dealerships (if you are shopping for a car). The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and had a kitchen, and the beds were great. There wasn't a breakfast, but Perkins and other places to eat are in the area.

I wish it has breakfast, but there is a kitchen so people could eat in their rooms and the hotel even had food to buy to eat in the room. The hair dryer didn't work and I called, which the office said they would look for a new one (but they never showed up with a dryer).

Cozy and affordable, traveling as a family of 5 has its challenges because most rooms only have 2 beds. This room had 2 queens and a full size pullout couch in the room. No extra charge to use the couch as a bed is really nice when other places do a fee if you request an extra bed. The little kitchenette was super cute and nice to have as an option for meals. The pool was very well maintained and the hot tub was actually hot, it was so nice. We had a great stay.

We liked the cleanliness of our room and the facilities. It was quiet. We only heard a few people talking outside our door in the hallway.

The bed was comfortable but could've been a little bigger. I don't think or am not sure if they offer king-size beds, but if so, next time, that's what we will get.

I was able to bring my two grandkids to the pool.

We took a towel from the room to the pool and put it in the basket at the pool. I left a note for housekeeping but I still got charged for it.

The staff was very helpful. Rachel worked with us when we had reserved the wrong room and got us another room right away. Another lady that worked on the 21st of April also helped us out when we had trouble with the tv remote.

The setup of the bathroom was different then most hotels I have been in, but the hotel room was very nice and roomy overall.

The room was nice and the staff were understanding with how late I've arrived for the stay.

The tv, wasn't working at all with the remotes. Switched one out and got a different one, still didn't work. Hopefully they fix the tv problem, overall it's good.

Liked the mini kitchen area, sink, utensils, etc. Fair sized room. Location was good for easy access to what we needed to get done. Area of location is a new development on the east side of Casper WY.

Nice big room enjoyed the stay even though we did not get the room we booked.

Booked a double queen pet friendly room several days ahead. Arrived there later in the evening and they did not have the room we reserved instead they only had a 1 bed and a pull out non pet friendly handicap room but they did allow our dog to stay with us but it was not the room we booked Said that the reservations through booking.com always say handicap. Not sure who made the mix up?

The room was spacious and had a small kitchenette. If I had needed it that would’ve been a bonus. The bed was pretty comfortable and the linens were comfortable as well.

I wasn’t in a position to be picky. I just needed a room for the night.
