Location is good for short stay, close to the airport and tram station. The rooms were clean.

The person at the reception didn’t have wish to help when I asked where is the tram station, what is the name station. And also, security is very low, we left luggage at the hotel after checkout and when we back they even didn’t remember that we left luggage and lived in this hotel.

Hotel was nice as we entered, staff were friendly especially the night staff - manager was amazing. Room size is very good bathroom nice clean hot water food pressure. Lot of space and cupboards for bags etc and cleaning supplies. Kitchen was handy although we didn’t cook but option was there. Fridge was good size and cold which kids loved for drinks. Curtains were good black out and beds were comfy. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms but the planes were quite loud - with ear plugs it was manageable. Lovely stay and easy to get bak to airport, into nice centre or even Cannes or Monaco. Easy links to tram 5 mins and train 10 mins walk away. Lovely place.

I was aware that €150 was required as pre authorisation but was never pre warned that you need a physical card - Hôtel would not accept contactless which is bizarre and frustrating but managed to get this sorted after waiting over 45 mins. Also check in far too late 3pm!!! 12 in all other hotels Pool was cold and jacuzzi too. Housekeeping forgot to empty out dustbin the first night but night manager replaced and also the blanket for my children as material was itchy.

Hotel was clean and only a 10/15 minute drive to the centre. Heated rooftop pool & inside pool with a jacuzzi.

The sink in the bathroom had a weird rotten smell to it which made the bathroom smell.

Fantastic hotel really clean the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ok, the location is brilliant as you you can see the airport is very nearby. I love watching aeroplane so this suited me very very much however if you not comfortable with aeroplane noise during the day you might best choose a different Hotel. Both myself and my partner really enjoyed this hotel and we are experienced travellers. Highly recommend this venue for your stay in Nice.

It's not a criticism of the hotel it is just a fact and I knew this before I booked a hotel that my room did not have a balcony so it is not a complaint or anything bad to say just be aware if you want to balcony don't book here however the hotel is outstanding

Good location! On front you have bus 12 that goes to the city center and the mall cap 3000. On the back of the hotel you have a tram that goes to the airport and city center every 3 min. From saint Augustine train station which is a 10 min walk you can go to cannes or Monaco for a 30 min ride. A lot of food options around and cheap for the Nice. I had some problems with the room but they found a solution.

A little kids area would help a lot. Some small tables with colors and paper etc. In the 206 room the fridge had some weird noise from time to time like someone knocking on your door.

Great value for money, lovely frienly staff. The rooftop pool, very comfy beds, and great location to the airport to use the tram and also to get into the centre.

Could do with some parasols on the rooftop one day i couldn't get a spot in the shade. If that's my biggest complaint, these guys have done very well.

Helpful and friendly reception. Quiet , even though there are planes taking off in view . Clean room and plenty big enough... Kitchen is a little cupboard you open and I did not cook on it apart from boiled some potatoes. Fridge is very handy because there are many supermarkets down the road. I felt safe because you can only get in the lift or go up the stairs if you have a key card. The pool is small but the roof top was lovely and you can watch the planes or look at the view. So you can either sunbathe on the roof or walk down to the beach but take a cushion as it is pebbly and rocky but beautiful. The tram is really easy to use. Regular and takes you to either the Old town for a walk or many restaurants or the middle town where are lots of shops. Train station in centre will take you to Monte Carlo or Italy and other places. I was by myself and felt very comfortable there. I hope to go back.

I wanted to stay an extra night but the price had changed quite alot so sometimes it might be a bit more expensive. There was nothing I did not really like.

Spotlessly clean, lovely roof terrace and pool close to the airport so you can watch the planes. Out of town location but great connections (close to tram and airport if you’re moving around). Decent facilities in the studio for preparing basics foods. Friendly helpful staff Did not check out indoors pool / facilities or breakfast

Not allowed to use facilities before/ after check out which is unusual (I travel a lot and this is usually offered). Deposit returned day after check out.

The staff were friendly, and the location is good, very proxy. The front street facing the sea is nice and neat. The location is close to the airport, and the transport system is accessible.

We found the toilet seat broken, and we reported this, but it was not fixed until we left.The housekeeping staff did not CLEAN the bathroom/toilets, only flash water. The security deposit of Eur150 of my card is still on hold and not yet credited back. I also feel that the security deposits required should be shared to travellers on booking.com in order to manage the budget.

Lovely hotel just 20 minutes by walk or by tram from the airport and the beach. The breakfast was amazing and fresh with plenty of choices of French bakery, fresh crepes and pancakes, also some gluten free options. I had a room with a spectecular view, bath, living room and kitchen area. The swimming pool on the roof is also nice. Very good value for the price I paid.

I would prefer to have the TV in the bedroom rather than the living room.
