Everything was good in this hotel. ambience , food, hygiene , cleanliness , housekeeping staffs, security staffs etc.. breakfast spread was so many that i have never seen before. Value for money. Some of the restaurant staffs, especially one female junior staff(not sure of the name) acted very weird and was commenting some jokes on us with the junior chef who was at the omlette section. this happened right after i ordered one plain omelette and dosa. do we look like laughing piece of ****. i felt very embarassed. the receptions staffs were very attentive but they could be more smiling and warm.. they were not that polite , especially the male staff . Rest all good. Rooms were spacious, bath tub was nice. nice view from the room. very near to airport.. very near to shpping malls etc. Room service was simply superb.

The breakfast have many choice, the service team very helpful and nice. They help us settle alot of problem. House keeping team is great too. But all the staff very kind.We didnt understand hindi and they help us communicate with the Uber guys.

Everything is good except every time after bath the bathroom is very wet.

This hotel was the perfect choice for us. Our family lives at 5-6 minutes driving. It is of course not in the centre of Bangalore, but it's located on the northern ring close to the highway that leads to the airport. The hotel cannot be compared with some of the big 5-star names in Bangalore. The hotel and rooms are not new, a bit dated, but it's all well maintained and very clean, besides that they are comfortable and spacious. The staff is nice and helpful. We paid significantly less than we would have with the other big names in the city, actually a very low rate (just 60-65usd per night for 2 persons, including breakfast). That alone would make this hotel an excellent choice for the budget friendly traveler, but for us it was the standard and location combined that makes it an easy choice. We will 100% come back if we visit family again.

Not much. maybe the pool could be open a little bit longer, but all in all it's just a nice place to stay.

1. You need to give atleast 2 keycards when there are more than 2 guests in a room. That was a bit of a hassle that could have been overcome.

The room was well furnished. The premises were excellently maintained. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of dishes.

Of late we don't much see french toast which is one of our favourites. We wish it was available for breakfast.

Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent. In room dinner was also beyond expected very well served on time, tasty a little pricey but worth it.

In the last two trips nothing disappointed me

The Breakfast was awesome & the staff were very courteous & responsive to our requests. All were very friendly with my son & he enjoyed his stay thoroughly. The Coffee shop is well located. The Dinner spread was also outstanding.

The check in time of 2 pm is too too late. The staff was very accommodative , nevertheless. The location of the hotel isn’t too good & the approach road is narrow.

The staff was amazing. So friendly, so helpful, they were there for every need. The room was very confortable, the beds were large. We asked if we could check out one hour later, it was no problem. The breakfast was great. Very diverse and satisfying. And a good value for money, compared to other hotels of the same caliber.

The rooms had a bit of a smell, but we got used to it fast.

We really like the food and the Service from the staff

The rooms and the furniture look dated. There were electrical lamp fittings that we're sticking out. Cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms were not up to 5 star standards.

Great number of options for breakfast, I particularly loved the availability of Cornflakes and my most favourite, local cuisine like idli-sambhar.

I think more dosas and other kannada items (e.g. avalakki, upma etc) should be provided.
