But what really made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff - friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Traveling with three kids can be challenging, but the hotel's warm hospitality made our family feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi. In fact, if I ever return to Kochi, Treebo Hotel would be my top choice again. The Buffet breakfast was delicious with a signature of Northern Kerala Cuisine. The staff were nice and hospitable.

The facilities were an excellent bargain for the cost. The property was located in a homely environment, which we liked the most. The staff were very cooperative and helpful, who guided and helped us in our stay.

Nice room, nice breakfast. Quiet location, and got a good night's rest. Walking distance to ferries & metro, and useful local shops. Nearby restaurants seem to be vegitarian only

Staff were a little slow in answering requests eg for missing towels or water.

The location, ambience and the room size were all good. The food was not upto the Treebo standard that we have enjoyed in other hotels of this chain. The staff behaviour was very good.

The ac was old and not working in full efficiency. The complimentary breakfast was below par. There is a table provided but no plug point near it. So, it is not possible to work with your lap plugged in.

I spent one night here and was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and stylish decor. The breakfast selection was outstanding—truly excellent value for money! I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

Everything abt the hotel was really good, we had a clean room with enough space, room service was really good, the staff exceptionally good. It was located at the centre of the city, so it was easy to reach anywhere from there. Very good package altogether

Reception staff were very friendly particularly Mr Joel has helped ua a lot.Place is cute.breafast is excellent and the buffet lunch by Salim group is very tasty and hospitality is courteous. overall stay I recommend. centrally located to Marine drive and shopping.
