I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Royal Singapore! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were excellent, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. The location of the hotel was a major highlight. It was conveniently situated near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. With shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions just a short distance away, it was the perfect base for my visit to Singapore. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to warm local and international dishes, it was a great way to start the day. The quality of the food and the friendly service made the dining experience even better. Overall, my experience at Hotel Royal Singapore was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Singapore!

The hotel is clean, bed was comfy and the size of the room was huge comparing with the other places I checked on booking. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, the swimming pool was refreshing. There’s hot water, toiletries, free coffee, cleaning every day.

There was this guy at the restaurant near the lobby who didn’t allowed me to pay card, started being mad when I say I wanna pay card. Seeing that, I payed with money and he totally changed his attitude, became so friendly. Some of the receptionists weren’t super friendly. All the other people that were working in the hotel, were nice.

I know in this hotel got one lady which are very friendly handle our cares and our needs. Later on I found out she is the hotel manager name Alice . Her service is tip top even her off day also will pick up the phone and let her staff know what I needs and don't needs.

Last time got scv or suit room can use the controller go to YouTube watch movie. Now even this also want cut off trying to save their cost in the hotel room can't even watch movie do you know that is super boring . We are there for relax right now abit disappointed furthermore a with my wife our regular perhaps will try other hotel

The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel reception was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The pool was clean and we always had clean towels when we visited it. The congee at breakfast was always the go to, to start.

Breakfast food had variety but not tasty on 4 of 5 days. Also more choice of fresh fruit would have been good.

The hotel was older, but very nice. I was disappointed that a porter didn't help us with our luggage, he was inside playing on his mobile phone. The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. There was no cable TV so not a lot to watch. The water pressure in the shower was very slow. The breakfast was really lovely with lots to choose from. A great shopping centre only a 10 minute walk and a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Overall I liked it very much

Very good location, 10-minute walk from Velocity/Novena Square malls & Novena MRT. Bus stop just right outside hotel door. Our family room clean & is spacious compared to other budget hotel at the same price. Edequate facilities provided, air con works so well that we dont have to turn it on when sleeping. Though no water bottle at each room, there is water dispenser at each floor for self-filling (for free), thumps up for a sustainable initiative 👍 Staff are friendly & flexible to adapt to our late check-out.

The hotel is old both outside and inside, though we knew that info in advance yet a bit surprised when check in the room. Towel is also in old color, lights in room are not so bright. Only until the last day that we got look-like-new towels.

Hotel is old and needs to be renovated. But the location of the Hotel is superb! The pool is clean 👌, we enjoyed 😉. The room is spacious. They kept my bags well after I checked out and I brought them back at 7 pm. I really appreciate. Thank you 😊.

In the first day, we had to clean the sink drain because was clogged with so many things isuch as spoons, toothpaste etc nside the pipe of the sink.

Room was spacious,old but clean. Breakfast has lots to choose from. Everything is nearby,could reach walking distance from malls,church to resto, and MRT. Very friendly staff and excellent service. They're willing to help. Toilet bidet would be great and clear info for extra charges for small children in the breakfast so guests won't be surprised.

It says that maximum 4guests of which 1 is a child. Breakfast included. And final price all included but we paid for the little girl's daily breakfast.

Room : Book 3 rooms.Satisfied/ as expected for big family of 10 members Location : Good - no traffic jam no waiting in Grab or Taxi after a long day activities

Lobby smells of smoking & alcohol from within hotel. For Muslim traveler : Hotel restaurant serve no HALAL food & no nearest food outlet. Have to go to Newton Food center or Velocity Novena Square
