It’s really near to Central World (3minutes walking by SkyWalk). I do love lobby’s smelling and buffet breakfast with diversity of choises. I’m welcomed by staffs with hightly hospitality to make me feel like at home and they’re so friendly. Perfect location. short walking distance to Central World and other malls. Comfortable and modern rooms, very friendly staff. Great food and beverage outlets. We have stayed here many times over the years and will always choose Amari Bangkok.

The inter connecting room. We could hear the people next door .

Good location, clean and very comfortable room. Staff is friendly, greets you at lobby every morning. Breakfast spread is good but need to top up as it is not included. Thankfully staff are able to arrange the rooms to be closer despite no connecting room.

- Didn't manage to get connecting room despite indicating during booking months in advance. - Small hotel entrance from street, smokers like to gather around there. - Walking up the stairs outside Prego towards hotel. - Water provided taste a little weird, would be good to come 2 glass and 2 plastic.

Big rooms, nice and clean and very good Location. The breakfast area to big and has a variety of choosing the international food and the have halal food.

We respect the hotel's police about no smoking but request a designated area whit chairs close to the hotel entrance instead of going outside the hotel area

The location of course. The elevator system is top of the line. It optimises power consumption and time management. Service is personalised to the fullest extent.

Good location, surrounded by markets and shopping centres, spacious rooms, great views, nice swimming pool area. Very good and attentive service. Problems resolved and if it was not possible to resolve immediately (the door keys not functions) we got complementary extra services to compensate and to keep us happy. Effort of the staff notable, so 5-star level of service.

The complimentary group sport activities (classes) were at 18:00, which made it difficult. In fact, most of times they were not happening because of the lack of participants. Classes in the morning might have more success.

I like the service and the staff , they give me free upgrade to nice room in 18th floor, they have nice and good room service, also they have nice Italian restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff.

Met Mr Palm during check in and out. He was exceptionally helpful and made the stay welcoming and pleasant for my husband and myself. He was always ready to assist with a great smile.

The items example like towels provided were not consistent. Once only provide 2 towels. Next day have 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 1 floor cloth and following days have 4 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 floor cloth. Lotion were given in different sizing. Last 2 days have floor cloth placed on the toilet floor and a vase of flower. Love that they uses real flowers. In room dining called to check on doneness of the beef. Told them well done but was provided with a medium rare beef. The package comes with a THB500 room credit which I think is a saver esp when you feel hungry at night. Comfy bed but the pillows are rather low for my personal liking. One of the day found a black stain at the side of the bedsheet. Bedroom slippers only 2 pairs during the whole stay and it fur after 2 days of wearing.
