The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kettle and coffee/tea station. The beds were very comfortable, offering both soft and firm pillows. Bathrooms were nice and spacious, with a high-quality beach bag and extra towels provided for pool or beach use. However, we did find leftover food from previous guests in the mini fridge, which was quite dissatisfying. Amenities: 4/5
The pools were great, surrounded by beautiful scenery and including an interactive kids area. However, there were no lifeguards on duty, even by the kids pool, which is a safety concern. The spa treatment was below expectations and could use improvement. The internet was slow, which might be frustrating for guests needing reliable connectivity. Nature and Scenery: 5/5
True to its name, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature. The serene environment added a lot to our overall experience, making it a perfect place to relax. The nature inside the hotel was just as beautiful as the outside one, even while having breakfast we were enjoying a gorgeous view of the lush green mountains and the beach.

While the hotel is near Patong Beach, it is quite far from the main attractions in Phuket. This might be inconvenient for those who wish to explore more of the area without long travel times.

I liked most of the things about it to be honest. The room layout was good, the lobby and reception was great, the restaurants served nice meals, the buggy service is smart.

The pools, it could be cleaner. The main pool facing the sea had some wood etc coming off and the water looked kinda yellow or green a little. Needs more maintenance. Also, our room had an issue with the aircond, where daily the entire floor gets wet and we have to put the aircond temperature really cold to get it dry and back to normal, and we didn’t even open the sliding door.

bit of walking if you want to go beach and lively bangla road...Seven eleven was at 7min walking distance..which during day time and with kids is too much

Great property in a good location - close enough to walk to Patong Beach but far enough away from the nightlife noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. In house food and beverage prices were very reasonable - especially during happy hour. We recommend a pool access room as real good value.

We stayed at this hotel as a family and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was welcoming, featuring clean rooms with modern furnishings. Its location was ideal for those wanting to avoid the crowded city center. Along the same road, there’s a street halal food market, and nearby you'll find a pharmacy, money exchange, laundry services, and a few Thai restaurants I didn't try. A Lebanese halal restaurant is also within walking distance. Additionally, several 7-Eleven stores are nearby. The hotel is beautifully set on a mountain with lovely landscaping and green areas, overlooking Kalim Beach. The infinity pool offers stunning sea views, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time there. As for breakfast, the food was somewhat varied and more geared towards Asian preferences, featuring a special section for Indian dishes alongside the Thai offerings, which included noodles, rice, and soups. The hotel made a commendable effort to provide a halal Arabic breakfast section, but I believe my feedback should be shared with the chef. Arabs typically don't eat rice dishes like kabsa, biryani, or mandi for breakfast. Instead, they prefer a selection of dairy products, including various cheeses such as halloumi, kashkaval, cheddar, cream, and labneh. Additionally, items like hummus, falafel, beans, liver, and shakshouka are popular choices. One of the highlights of the buffet was the food cart at the entrance, which surprised us each day with different cuisines from around the world.

Overall, I was very happy with everything during our stay. There were just a few areas that needed maintenance, but the hotel is already addressing these issues without disrupting guests, which I appreciated.

Hotel is located at very good location near to the beach and just probably 10 minutes to patong beach, Hotel proving free transport to stop point in Patong tree times a day drop off an pick up at those two locations. We got high level of hospitality by hotel staff starting at the reception and at the restaurant staff and others who arrange other facilities when you asked.

The pool very good, it’s probably 45 meter long, breakfast was very good its more than what you can ask, the Hotel its at quite are which is good for me bcz I like quiet place specially at night time.

the location is in a quiet street, open air hotel, very clean rooms and comfortable bed. all amenities are provided. adult pool is nice and the staff playing volleyball in the pool were super fun. highly recommended hotel; away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach but also 5 mins away by tuktuk

the reception staff don’t really know how to understand English. they speak it, but if you ask something that requires additional thinking before answering it will be difficult for the staff to comprehend. other than this; the hotel management is super cheap. for example we needed a plastic cup to take medicine but the bar didn’t provide one as they will charge for it (plastic disposable cup). we lost one hotel key card and they wanted to charge 300 thai baht for it. it’s like a side business / hustle for the hotel management charging overpriced prices on items that would be free everywhere else in the world especially since it’s a 5 star property charging 5 star prices.

Beautiful setting surrounded by trees and nature, we loved the jungle pool and fish pond too. The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, special thanks to our room attendant Moo and Best from the jungle pool bar who both worked so hard. Our room was excellent, really clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Food and drinks at the hotel all very good and great value (happy hours very good). We would highly recommend and would love to come back.

People leaving rubbish around the jungle pool late at night so messy first thing in the morning on a few occasions (not hotel fault but perhaps closing the area off after a certain time might help mitigate this)
