The rooms are great and the VIEW!!! Make sure you get a room with a view, since they are situated nice. Breakfast was included in our rate and was at the top floor with a view. Other than the lobby, the hotel is otherwise in great shape and fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend (doubly so if they can fix the shabby looking lobby).

The hotel shares the building with commercial offices, so the lobby is shared. As a result, the lobby is NOT air conditioned and looks pretty worn out and unattended (much better once you get to the Hotel portion of the building). Elevator had issues, so the queue to use the elevator really detracted from the overall experience of the hotel.

The location was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lounge was a great touch while waiting for check-in. The luggage service was good. Was unexpected to be delivered when checked in. Great job. Love the toilet in the bathroom with heated seat and bidet. The safe is a great size to put stuff in and tuck away in the cabinet. Also love the water dispenser and refilling on each level with different temperature options. Also was pleasantly surprised with the laundry facility even though we did not get to use it. Great view. Lighting in the bathroom in the sink is too dim. Maybe could have brighter option.

The room interior design was just like the hotel’s name, cosy and comfortable. I like the Muji style. Room space is sufficient and toilet has bathtub and shower. Bedsheets are very clean. I also felt welcomed by the staff, especially the young lady at the lobby during breakfast. Breakfast area was beautiful and spacious with a high ceiling. Breakfast food was not bad with a wide selection. I like the convenience of the location, it’s next to the mrt station exit. This exit also has escalator.

I couldn’t find the lobby at ground floor of the building, and then the security guard told me it’s at floor 30. Maybe could have some navigation sign at ground floor.

So many things to love about this hotel! The location was perfect for being next to the MRT station. They offered a pretty good spread for breakfast, and with the public floor being on level 30, we got to enjoy a good view of the city while having our meals. The provision of coin operated washers and dryers really allowed us to get a fresh change of clothes after traveling for about a week. The hotel may have seen some wear and tear over the years, but everything works, and is well appointed. Love the size of the bathroom, with 2 persons can navigate with ample space between them. Yes, a great deal of value for the prices charged.

The ground floor lobby needs a bit of sprucing up, with a change of carpet perhaps. But I have a feeling that doesn’t come under the purview of the hotel. Everything else was great

I happen to experience an earthquake at midnight during the stay. The hotel broadcast the instructions for self protection and stay in room during the earthquake and this is very helpful. It reduced my panic and prevented me leaving the room during the earthquakes. Although the hotel is on 20+ floor the building remained stable during earthquake.

The staff. They're all friendly and know what the guests might need and they prompt even before are asked. The breakfast area is spacious and included breakfast is well presented with lots of choices.

The only nuisance, yet small, is that the building's lobby or the elevator is not air conditioned. The gratification is delayed after a sweaty walk on a hot summer day.

The breakfast was great , many varieties from both local and international Cuisine. the view was breathtaking .

only set back is the check in lobby at 30th floor , i arrived with my 91year old mother on wheelchair, where there wasn't any hotel staffs at the entrance to help with our luggage was the major setback for this hotel.

Great location right outside Sanduo Shopping District station, close to two malls and some nice dining options at nearby hotels. Room was spacious, quite value-for-money.

Being at the top of a busy office building meant a long wait at the lifts at times, but there is a dedicated lift for the hotel room floors so that helps.

*location : hotel is next to the metro station "Sanduo Shopping District Staition", Exit 3 *room view : our room was at 25th floor, which had an exceptional view over the harbor and over the city *staff: very attentive. we checked in earlier and left the bags at the hotel. By the time we got our room, our luggages were already in the room. *gym: was very clean! Staff checked on it frequently *breakfast: nice variation of western and asian food, the view is a nice bonus ;)

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smells nice. I had an issue with my final invoice and the staff made every effort to resolve it!

To confirm my booking, I have to use a credit/debit card that is exactly the same as the name that I use to make the booking. I had this issue as the card I used was a company issued card and it had the company name, not my name. I had to use a personal card to make sure that my booking wasn't cancelled.
