Absolutely stunning property on Non Nuoc beach. Beautifully appointed rooms, well kept grounds and an impressive selection of food and beverage options all over the resort. We had the most amazing time and are even looking to visit again in a few weeks time!

We paid for Regency Club access and while we don’t necessarily regret this choice, be warned - the happy hour is a great selling point but absolutely not as relaxing as it seems. This runs between 5 and 7 and parents seem to use this as a chance to bring the kids in for a free, early dinner. We were shocked with how badly behaved many of the children were and consequentially didn’t attend again after the first night. I could suggest the hotel look at making the Regency Club child free or only accessibly by children over 12.

The resort is great. Clean beach and great swimming pools. Very good breakfast spread as well. Kids enjoyed the special kids corner at breakfast. Interesting kids activities in Kids Camp and planned exercise classes for adults which are included in the stay though we didn't end up using them.

All pools shut at 6PM. We stayed in the residence apartments which were done up less luxuriously than the rest of the resort. 3 bed apartment had two bathrooms with glass sliding doors which don't lock. Kitchen and living area were spacious. View from balcony and two of the rooms are gorgeous

Excellent resort facilities, well-maintained hotel, and apartments. Lovely clean beach and pools. The staff were very friendly. Easy to call a GRAB taxi or even to order food via GRAB as they deliver right to the lobby of the residence builing.

I found it a bit overpriced, as we could have gotten a similar value in other properties for less. While it was a serviced apartment, we found that it lacked enough kitchen accessories to facilitate proper cooking. It's as if they didn't want you to cook there, so they didn't provide some essential items, like a flat cooking pan or a microwave. When we asked for the same they said they dont have.

The property is located at a beautiful beach and it is well maintained. We did love that there is such a big focus on families and kids and so many activities organized for them daily. The food in the kids menu is well balanced and delicious. We loved the grounds of the resort - big playground, kids pool and the list goes on.

Rooms are very outdated, we were in the residence part - definitely needs to be refreshed. The staff in the restaurants hardly speak any English, so communication is very difficult. Our check in was delayed by 30min and I was offered a couch in the lobby for my baby to nap on? I thought its ridiculous. Its very expensive - drinks and food.

Nice pools and beach, stylish restaurants, people take care of the territory, very clean and nice Would recommend that resort to my friends and would come back again Our room was kind of old, and what was the most important for us is a microwave because of our baby, but it barely worked, i told to the staff, they said they ll send an engineer, but it was never fixed

Room service is very poor, to get the things you asked for takes at least 40 mins, for us it was very urgent, our baby was sick and vomited in her bed, to wait for new bed sheets took 45 mins, to get the thermometer took 45 mins And what was really strange that resort doesnt have a doctor or a nurse..there are hundreds of guests and not even one doctor for them..we had to bring our kid to a hospital Wish it was less stressful in that matter

We were put through a life-threatening situation at the hotel. The manager did her best to accommodate and make up for what happened. However, the hotel should be more diligent with the amenities offered in the room. All guests must be aware of any exposed wiring on irons and any other electrical appliances.

Lack of consideration for those who eat halal meat. So much pork at buffet we were worried about the contamination of the spoons with non permissible meats. The hotel has a good variety of Muslims travelling from the subcontinent to Fat East, Africa, and Europe. Yet, no provisions are made for halal options. Even the oil that they fry the seafood or vegetarian savouries is probably used for pork varieties. It's very annoying and exasperating to keep asking the staff some have little knowledge of english and that adds to the frustration.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional, Italian restaurant allows kids to make their own pizza with a chef, kids club had traditional Vietnamese craft activities that many places made you pay for, but was an inclusion here. We stayed over Easter and felt like they went the extra mile with an egg hunt on the beach, petting zoo with bunnies and lots of kids Easter craft. We loved the pools and the beds are the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept on!

Sometimes the pool drinks took a while to arrive, but all the other restaurants were exceptional!

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Wide variety of food across various cuisines. Staff were friendly and attentive even though most of their spoken English were not good. Room was spacious and quiet. When our room lock had problem, the technical guy appeared within 15mins after we contacted hotel reception. All staff in resort were courteous and helpful. A very good place to relax, away from the hustle of Danang / Hoi An city life. Swimming pool was big and there were lots of activities.

Location is quite far from town with no surrounding places to walk outside resort. Will be great if there is a shuttle bus that brings guests to selected locations near town and back. However, Grab is also readily available at a low cost.

great staff, all very friendly and helpful. The Coffee station at breakfast buffet was very good as we got great coffee and got to learn how to make it ourselves as well ! I came back home nad made a few cups already. Thank you Mr Happy ! Also, the reception staff and restaurant managers were very helpful and gave great advice & service. Thank you, Rosie! We upgraded to the Ocean view high floor room and it was a great view.

$$$$ Cost of food at the restaurants and spa services were well above those in the rest of Danang. It made it not feasible to eat within the resort so we went out or ordered food in, and went out to town for Spa services. Maybe that is because its a Hyatt hotel, but I dont think it needs to be that way. There's no restaurants walkable outside the resort so your options are to eat expesive food or take a cab/car to town. I would suggest a covered walkway to connect the Residences to the lobby area, as we always had to call the buggy when ti rained. December is RAINY, so pls avoid this period if you want blue warm waters and beach time.

Beautiful and spacious resort with clean private beach easily accessible. The big pool is good for taking kids there, but the one at the fitness center was the perfect pool for us, to swim and relax, we had to walk to get there but worth it. Our room was spacious and clean, very comfortable bed and sofa. Very good AC and lighting throughout the room, plus there's a small room to put the luggage/clothes which was very much appreciated. Very convenient to get a Grab to go outside to have lunch/dinner as prices within the resort are very high, only had to wait 1 min each time. Overall very good place to rest and stay close to the city.

- No water spray in the toilets.. This is a must in Vietnam!! - The lobby to check in/out is messy and super hot, on a summer hot day you want to be able to check out fast and move on with the next destination. This is a heavy mistake as it leaves a bad memory when leaving the place, even though the stay was great. - Lighting in the room didn't make sense, can't turn lights on from the room entrance, lights in the toilets were for the whole bathroom which is inconvenient at night.
