Andaz didn’t disappoint in style! Stylish and spacious room. Unfortunazly the King size room id actually not suitable fir 4 people (2 adukts + 2kids). Only obe spare bed could be provided thar took up the luving corner. If you travsl as a couple, this room woukd be oerfect! Breakfast ist excellent! Features a pool amd a rofftop bar with 360 biew od Singapore. Excslkent location with direct access to Bugus MRT

Undoubtedly, one of the finest hotel properties we've stayed at. The location is top-notch. The hotel is situated in a building, but turned out it is one of the most iconic high rises of Singapore! The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, super clean. High floors with good city views. Washroom amenities were amongst the best I've seen across hotel chains. Even the Signature Shampoo/Conditioner Selection was excellent, smelled heavenly! The hotel boasts of a Sun Room you can chill at with free coffee & snacks all day. And, a Sky Rooftop Lounge which opens at 5PM daily. Breakfast spread is decent with Continental Options, Indian & Asian Options. Teh Tarik (Tea with Milk) was amongst one of my favorites. They take special care if you inform them of any dietary restrictions/allergies. The staff is super professional, humble & helpful. I couldn't have been happier selecting Andaz. It truly exceeded my expectations in ways more than one!

The breakfast selection could be better to cater towards Muslim guests. All meat selection was non-Halal hence I couldn't enjoy it all week. Secondly, the coffee was basic. For a property of a such stature, high quality coffee & varied preparations will elevate the breakfast experience altogether.

Really like this hotel which is centrally located. We used the MRT to go everywhere which was quick, easy and cost effective. The rooms were light filled, clean and more generously sized than usual hotel rooms and the love the free refillable water bottles. The staff were helpful when approached and the breakfast had a reasonable variety of food choices.

At peak times for check in and check out there were limited staff which meant there were long queue times. Would be good to address this or offer a fast check out option.

Everything …except the restaurant was overpriced for meals which we only took breakfast and one lunch by the pool.

The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants open from early morning to late evening, so you have many options. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable; to a point, I wanted to know where I could get their mattress. Breakfast is buffet-style, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes and preferences. I want to compliment the restaurant's service team on their efficiency and courtesy during the busiest breakfast hours. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism.

Their reception area is located on the 25th floor. The check-in procedure is a bit confusing. There are three open counters in that area. Their staff is around, but I think they also recommend self-check-in, so when we got to the 25th floor, we didn't know where to queue up and what to do. There was no clear indication. There must be a simple solution for that. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. To some people, that could be one of the determining factors for choosing a hotel. Placing extra boxes of tissues by the bed and the coffee and tea counter would be nice. These small and inexpensive items would make life more convenient for your guests.

Room was beautifully appointed yet functional with fabulous views of the city. We loved the layout which enabled optimum use of space for relaxation and work,if necessary. Our room was cleaned every day and staff were very attentive to our needs, including the free minibar which was always restocked! We were totally cocooned in this lovely space as no noise at all filtered through, making it hard to leave our little oasis. As we had a busy schedule we only had a look at the other facilities: the swimming pool looked awesome and unlike some other hotels it was opened at night,surrounded by the incredible night cityscape that is Singapore. As for location it was amazing how easily we could connect to the MRT, and shops without having to brave either the rain or the humidity. And almost everything is close by! Our flight home was delayed by several hours but we were able to wait it out in luxurious comfort in the Sun Room, with free coffee, tea and snacks. Staff were very helpful and even charged our mobiles and handing out cups of chamomile tea to ease our tiredness. We could also have used the pool and shower facilities too. Without doubt the Andaz is the premium hotel in Bugis and highly recommended!

Our 4th stay at Andaz Singapore. We love the location and the Ambiente.

Gave less stars than for previous stays because we recognized a decline in service and offerings from the last times: Variety of food at the excellent breakfast has declined, same at the minibar and the afternoon tea time offerings, also the cocktail card has stayed unchanged, same as all food in the various restaurants. We would expect some variation and creativity in a hotel of that price range to keep returning guests coming back, here we feel they are on a spree to safe some costs and have sadly reduced once loved amenities that made it outstanding before. We have booked a different hotel for our next stay in September in Singapore…. It’s still a great hotel but we think it’s currently not living up to the high expectations they set in our previous stays

Service & Room Service The overall service at Andaz is top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist. However, the one area that could use improvement is the room service, which tends to be slower than expected.

Very modern and vibrant hotel with great location. Walkable distance to many tourist spots. The hotel has many entrances. Breakfast selection is great with western delights, Asian delights, vegetarian Indian delights, etc. Great hospitality, the staffs are very attentive, polite and cheerful. They prioritise sustainability which is a great concept to save the Earth. They have free and daily refillable minibar included in the room rate. We’ll definitely stay here again next time in Singapore. Highly recommended.
