This property offers a great space to create a little home away from home with a washing machine and desk making it fantastic for longer work trips. The gym, pool and views are great. Highly recommend if you enjoy having plenty of space when you travel!

It's difficult to find the entrance of the building and there is a lot of construction in the area. The on site food options are very limited. Check in takes a long time even if you've already filled out the online forms.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of the city — especially beautiful at night! The rooftop pool was a real highlight — peaceful, clean, and with an amazing view, it was the perfect place to relax after a day out in Singapore. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also great — close to MRT stations, restaurants, and plenty of things to explore. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

First of all, it was a fast and convenient process for check-in because of the online registration. The location is close to haji lane & a short distance from mrt, which is also convenient. The kitchen was good to cook 3x meals a day. Most importantly, staff were super friendly and attentive. I visited for my birthday vacation, but made no mention of it during check in. On my birthday, they left a small cake and a card wishing me happy birthday in the room. Lovely surprise!

There was no bidet in the room (their washrooms on level 2 and pool level had bidets though, but it's a hassle to leave your room every time you want to use a bidet), and the tv wasn't a smart tv (but that's just a minor gripe, you can connect it to your phone)

I stayed with 3 Y.O child for 2 nights. The hotel was spacious, beautiful view, especially from the pool. Kitchen were very well equipped. Clean room and helpful staff. Close to Haji Lane & Bugis street. Very recommended when you travel with toddler.

There's no bathtub in my room type.

Rooftop pool area could have been better equipped with loungers. Room cleaned on 2nd day then nothing thereafter - had to request it reception. Breakfast lovely but not a great range of dishes, eg had ‘special’ one day of eggs Benedict but when I asked the following morning it wasn’t available.

Nice room with good service. The hotel location is superb, very close to the MRT. The pool is clean and has a good view. Hotel is also close to a cute little neighbourhood called Kampong Glam.

You have to pay for everything extra you need, even coffee. This is Singapore. Nothing's free :)

I was unsure what hotel to choose as I was travelling with my parents (both over 60) and so I wanted to ensure I chose a great and affordable accommodation in Singapore for them. I was blown away by this hotel! The room was absolutely clean and beds super comfortable! The bathroom was spacious and has all the amenities you need. The hotel is in close proximity to MRT stations and shopping precincts. The gym equipments are new and space very clean. The pool was the highlight overlooking the harbour with great views of the ocean! The food at breakfast was great with a few great selections to choose from!

We had breakfast included in our stay but as we checked out on Good Friday (being a public holiday), we were advised that the kitchen was closed and no breakfast was available which was disappointing as we weren’t advised about this. Pretty strange for a hotel to not have their kitchen open on public holidays!

Close to train station and bed was comfortable also had a washer & dryer and they was very handy.

We did not get our room cleaned on the Sunday so we didn’t get towels replaced. No mention that room service was not done on Sundays and when we checked at reception we were told that there was staff on to do rooms but seeing as it was after 5.30 there was nobody to do it. On Monday this week room was not cleaned again till after 5.30pm after complaining again

Premium apartment with view of city (ocean). Good size apartment, great view of city/harbour from room. Even better view from roof pool area, but not the Marina Bay area. Great pool area, next to gym. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Glutenfree bread available immediately, prior notice. Location: Great. Next to 7-eleven. Easy access via Duo (complex next to apartment) to metro and busses, and restaurants. Arab quarters offers some restaurants and bars. We walked across the Bayfront Ave bridge to Marina Bay Sands, 40 min. 10 min walk to Suntec City and Fountain of Wealth shopping center, restaurants, small supermarket in basement. Tip if first time: Almost everything can be paid via credit card on phone, incl. smallest places, busses and metro. We hardly used cash.

Nothing. Maybe future con: Check if view is still available, some sort of building was ongoing July 2025 in direct line of harbour view.
