Superb service, great location and clean. From check in to check out all staff we met were excellent. We were unaware the pool was closed so I emailed and they more than compensated for the inconvenience of going next door for a swim. The Club lounge was great, food selection was enough and well cooked and presented. Breakfast as Ginger was hot, well presented for a buffet and plenty of choice. I asked for a late check out due to plane connections and they were happy to oblige - the whole experience was faultless. From a location perspective, across the road was a huge selection of Lebanese and Turkish food and pubs with good prices. The nearest MRT station was 8 minutes so we could get around singapore easily and cheaply. The room was well serviced daily and more than adequate for a 4 night stay. A very special mention to Jessie Tan for being quick to respond and more than compensating for the loss of pool at the hotel and Yati for the service in the Club lounge - first class.

The Pool and fitness centre were closed for renovation until june25 , no information on booking otherwise wouldn't have booked it / one bulb in the bathroom was not working , the balcony light was not working, there should be no such malfunction when we take possession of a room that pricy

The location was perfect for exploring Kampong Glam and also well connected to the metro. Comfortable beds, and the staff went above and beyond to provide assistance for bedding and cots for the children.

It was frustrating to hear the pool wasn't available when we arrived, as the pool factored into our choice. They tried to redeem themselves for this by offering a shuttle service to another hotel's pool, but that's not the same thing.

Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do by walking or metro! All the staff were helpful & friendly! The room was great! The foyer & bar & breakfast rooms were all exceptionally styled, looked amazing & were welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful! Pool area was wonderful too!

When our toilet wouldn’t stop flushing we couldn’t find in our room the telephone number for reception to get help. My husband had to race down the lift to ask for help! Suggestion would be to have reception number listed on the phone ( it shows taxi & other things needed but not reception) & also on the card given to us continuing our room card.

Love the spacious room. Very comfortable bed and great shower room. The location is the main reason I picked this hotel in the 1st place. It’s near to main tourist attraction, accessible by public transportation and plenty of food options around the hotel. Walking alone at night is very safe around the area.

Location was great, opposite Haji Lane and we were able to walk to lots of different areas as well as the hop on and hop off bus depot to start sightseeing days

Probably lighting in the room, needed a PHD to figure out light configuration but that is in 100% of hotels, as to why lighting very sombre and so many switches does your head in

location of the property was really good, taxi were available at all times within 5 mins. restaurant were just across the road. for me Halal food was a concern and most halal restaurants and mosque is within 5mins walk. staff is very supportive and friendly. checkin and checkout were very smooth. had club lounge access as well. food and staff both very super great. breakfast buffet also had good variety.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Thank you Sini and Vicky for helping us with our strollers/luggage and helping navigate us around the city. The rooms were perfect - neat and clean. The hotel is well located near Haji Lane/Arab street which would be ideal for Muslim guests. It is also a short walk to the MRT line.

The hotel did not have a ramp available which made it difficult to move our strollers up and down the lobby area.

Location was fabulous. The breakfast was fantastic, so many dishes to choose from with the yummiest omlete. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and approachable.

I stay here every time I go to Singapore. Large, spacious rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. Location is great for getting around with the MRT.

Sometimes I don't have great experience at check-in. The staff at reception can be a bit short and not that friendly, but this is not always. Maybe 40% of the time I have stayed here.
