1. Cleanliness of the room & lobby - The exterior of the hotel looks tiny and a little rundown, but the inside was all nice and clean, especially the room&bathroom. 2. Neighborhood - lots of eateries - There're tons of little eateries on the street where the food is quite cheap and stay open late. 3. Friendliness of the staff - Interacted with three different front desk staff and they were all very kind and helpful. 4. Room Size - As for this, depending on your standards, you might not agree, but based on my experience, the room was relatively larger than most hotel rooms I stayed at in Singapore for a similar rate. And again, it was very clean.

1. Location - I chose this hotel, mainly cos it seemed like a very easy walk from Bugis station. Distance-wise it was. But the hectic intersections and streets in between made it a little difficult to get to the hotel and compared to the distance, the walk felt tiring. 2. Bathroom - While it was clean, the shower area didn't have a full divider to completely keep water from the shower from getting into the other part of the bathroom so after each shower the whole floor of the bathroom got too wet .

- Hotel is in a relatively quiet area; you should be able to have a good night's rest with some caveats (refer to downsides) - Spacious room; apparently I booked a room that is for 2 people (there were 2 beds) - Spacious bathroom / toilet - Basic cleanliness is there

- Bed and pillow were not the most comfortable. The mattress felt somewhat thin. Imo this is the only big downside; the rest are all minor points - Soundproofing is not the best (but not the worst); possible to hear others if they were to speak loudly in the corridor - Bathroom: slightly buggy switch for adjusting between ceiling shower and handheld spray - Light switches for 2nd bed not at the most intuitive location (this is a minor factor) - Room feels a little dated - Chair in the room is not the most comfortable

I liked the design of the hotel and my room. The location was amazing. I was a woman by myself and felt safe even late at night that i was returning. Connection with bus just across the street and the metro few blocks away.The staff was friendly. The room was as described.

I booked a double room because we were supposed to be two. The room was great for myself but if there was another person with me, it would have been a bit tight. The bed was cornered on the wall, so one had to climb its way out, and the bathroom was just glass walls. Again, it's amazing for myself. I'm not sure if there is any privacy for two. I also didn't mind the moisture from the shower, but if two are shower a lot because of the heat and moisture in Singapore, a room with no window may be not ideal. There are all in the instruction of the booking so make sure if you book a hotel in general in Singapore to read everything.

Great location 2 mins from centre of Kampong Glam shops and restaurants. Good sized room for Singapore. Great air con. Lovely window overlooking street - rare in Singapore for the price. Opposite bus stop.

Long walk from nearest MRT Bugis Junction - 12 - 15 Minutes.

1. Staff - very accommodating, friendly, and helpful 2. Location - lotsa eateries, convenient stores within walking distance. Bus stops right across the street, nearest MRT approx. 300m 3. Comfortable basic room with a king bed, sufficient for a short trip.

1. Dirty window - it has a good view of the vibrant shop lot across the street, too bad the window was not that clean 2. No chain lock at the room, recommended to install

First time trying this hotel. I'll give some pros and cons about this hotel. The pros would be: It's quite a strategic location, nearby the same street as walking up to Arab street, haji lane, there's a 7-11 right opposite of this hotel. Staff are very friendly and managed to check us in smoothly even though we arrive at almost 12 midnight because of late flight. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, desserts nearby as well. All within walking distance 👌 and the room rates are not that expensive. But to emphasize the good again about the room, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean. Slept very good throughout the night. Air-conditioning very cold, cooling. I would recommend it if budget is tight on your side. The winning part to me is that the hotel is quite strategic, walking distance to go to MRT Bugis station or just simply walk towards haji lane and eat at Zam Zam restaurant or Victory restaurant for their famous murtabak.

The cons: Well the room is generally small, big luggages definitely not suitable. Carry ons or small luggage should be okay but even that would be slightly challenging. Haha. Bathroom is small too but it's not really that bad. Amenities are quite okay. No breakfast included with the room. It's a boutique hotel type after all.

The lobby was simple but warmth. I like the ornaments. The room was clean, feels like at home. The bathroom is quite spacious. The amenities are complete. The neighborhood was so relaxing. The location was in muslim area, many halal foods, dessert cafe, spa or reflexology, cat cafe, and next to the mosque. There is bus stop in front of the hotel and only 5-7 minutes walks to Bugis station. 7 eleven in front of the hotel. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Very kids friendly hotel.

The room quite small, it would be difficult to open the big luggage.

The hotel is located in the very lively area with many interesting ethnic restaurants. This area is served by a number of bus lines comfortably connecting the hotel with the most of the important attractions in Singapore.

The room was quite small and with limited storage for clothing. It is not possible to open the window in the room. The hotel has no restaurant or coffee shop, and doesn't have a water fountain.

Location Sleeping part of the room was rather small but did not bother us as there was enough space in the hallway to the bathroom to put the bags. Kids liked the bunk beds

A bit dusty carpets in the hallway but not in the rooms which is more important The room was not cleaned during our stay (towels, toiletpaper refill,..)

The location is strategic, close to the bus stop and lots of halal food, Seven Eleven is right opposite the hotel so it's easy if you need it. there's a nice coffee shop downstairs too. the hotel staff are friendly and kind

There was a freon leak from the refrigerator in the family room that we booked, so the hotel took the initiative to replace it with 2 regular rooms. It's a bit unfortunate because initially the kids really liked the family room
