The location is great!

Breakfast at the attached cafe next door but personal not very friendly and extremely slow. We had astringent bug on one bed that was crawling…the staff said they will check but on the next night we found a nest of those bugs above the bed…so they did not check for it. But the rooms are painted all black so the lighting might have been a issue during the bugs search…

First of all, the location is really great- you are right in the heart of food paradise. Even if it is just a small hotel, it is equipped with a good size elevator which makes it easy for travelers with luggages. The hotel might have a small facade but the interiors are modern and clean. I like that the room is spacious for similar hotels of its category. The beds are comfortably wide and the bedlinens are of good quality. I like the good-sized vanity sink and mirror in our room.

I do not like the positioning of the AC unit in our room because it blows directly to he occupant of one of the beds, even after adjusting the vent. Also, I find it weird that the fridge turns off whenever you take off the hotel card from the room power slot. Normally, the fridge should keep running continously during the entire stay, right? We suggest the addition of a small table (foldable) in the room for the use of the guests.

Very very affordable hotel, a rare find in Singapore. A good place to stay if you're spending 1-2 days in the country. Very central location with good transport links. The bed was comfy.

It was a bit noisy, and the walls are thin, but at the price point, I am not complaining. You get what you pay for, especially when compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff were exceptional. Paru and M were so so helpful. Happy to help with anything and everything. First room was a micro-room, but very clean and the shower was like something out of the future!! Was upgraded 3rd night to larger room. Will struggle for anyone tall when it comes ls to the bed. Would Def go back there again. Location was brilliant for food options and generally walking around. A little bit of a walk from the MRT, but is a local bus to take you down there. There was a bit of confusion from a lot of Singaporean who did not know if you could use cc in MRT. The answer is yes - only MasterCard or visa though. Really cheap.

Heat and humidity, but no faults of anyone. Late Oct to Early Dec is bad for rain

Location in Kampong Glam is very central. A stone's throw to the mosque and Arab Street which is very pretty. Lots of cheap eateries and expensive ones right opposite the mosque. Great little hotel for a night or two. You'd probably want more space if you were staying longer. Lots of people won't like the shower over the toilet and yes it's inconvenient if you need the toilet and the floor is still wet. Excellent wi fi strength. The price is good.

No hand towel. All the electronics in the room, switches, air-conditioning etc were so bright at night they lit up the room. The beds are a bit firm. This is a common thing in Asia! There were small ants everywhere but they don't bite!

The room is minute but actually very comfortable. Clean bedding, soft towels, and the hotel offers everything one needs but two important things...

I have never experienced a hotel that has a bar fridge but none of the rooms have one that actually works. I needed a fridge for my medicine, but even when the staff brought me a 2nd bar fridge, it did not work. Why have a bar fridge in the rooms if they don't work? It's absurd. I had to keep my medicine in a fridge in the restaurant. And talking about the restaurant...the 2 ladies working there were extremely rude and were obviously not keen to prepare my order. They need a serious talking to by management...

Close to Bugis MRT station (<10min) in Arab quarter and plenty of bus stops around. Was clean, quite modern, good shower, water and fridge. Good value for money, was one of the cheapest single room options in the city center. Wifi great, big TV - you can login with your Netflix account

The bed is at max 185cm, had to sleep diagonal but was alone so worked. No sound isolation, you hear absolutely everything and my room was on ground floor just behind reception - so ear plugs are a must…had to wait till 15:00 exactly to check-in

Location quite nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lady owner ( manager) really quickly reacted when there was small problem with aircon. Breakfast to order in small cafe downstairs - prepared very quickly and was fine. Room not too big but enough for one night. If were to come back to Singapore would choose that place again.

Only one key-card so when we left room to enjoy Singapore aircon was off and when came back room was really hot. That was not a big problem but knowing Singapore temperatures and humidity could be nice to come back to cooled room.

Room very clean, friendly staff, good location for food, shopping and close to some attractions.
