Room, Location, Breakfast, Free Early check-in at 7am

i got scammed. Booking.com confirmed me SGD 2239.18 in Confirmation. But my card was overcharged by booking.com $2301.88. When i call ask booking.com customer care no proper explanation for the overcharges. Better go directly and pay at hotel is good choice, instead pay using card in booking.com website.

Our stay at Hotel Boss was nice experience. The hotel is one of the busiest hotel offers clean rooms and decent amenities. Open gallery on fourth floor with swimming pool and gym is excellent and provide fantastic view of the city. Hotel is conveniently located near bus and metro stops which is very useful in saving travel time. Hotel is also surrounded with variety of restaurants which is very convenient to have food at any time. Also there are many spots such as Little India, Buggies Junction, Mustafa Market etc within 1 km range which are good for shopping.

Rooms are very small.

Friendly staff, very good location, very clean , fresh towels and betting every day...! Rooms are bit on the small side with very small but clean bathrooms.The swimming pool is very nice addition big enough just doesn't have deep end. Close to Metro station and bus stops. Walking distance to some of Singapore land marks. Eating out is easy with so many options close by even Domino's pizza, Golden Mile Food Centre with traditional hawker food...We where pleased to learn can leave our luggage after checking out and collected it later that night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Except the fridge ( isn't cooling), all was good.

Good location, close to Lavender metro station with plenty of restaurants and 24h convenience store. Nice bathrooms with good water pressure and always hot water. Comfortable bed. Excellent blackout blinds - it’s totally dark when they are fully down!

Unreliable WiFi - frequently drops out. It was impossible to have work video calls. No wardrobe, or any storage - couldn’t unpack the suitcase! Poor sound insulation - gets quite noisy from both the corridor and outside. Rooms very small, luckily I booked a room with a balcony, so that extra space helped! (Plus, had a great view!)

1) Cleanliness in room as well as overall hotel 2) Hotel is located in center of the city, from where one can get bus, train and cabs vert easily. 3) Swimming pool is superb. 4) Staff is good, cooperative & flexible. 5) Being Indian, we were happy to see & meet many Indians in this Hotel.

1) In our twin bed room, there was no Jet spray in the toilet whereas it was there in our other room which was Triple bed. As per their staff, they dont have Jet spray in Twin bed rooms on 10th & above floors. Staff was ready to give us change of that Twin bed room to 9th floor; but we wanted both the rooms to be on same floor. 2) Rooms are little small in size, but thats manageable.

Convenient location and it's proximity to central Singapore and it's attractions made my within city travel less time consuming. Also great restaurants (my favorite - Chapter One) and convenient stores located around the ground floor of hotel. The 19 storey building helped me identify the hotel during walking from MRT Lavender station (EW line) and any other closeby location using Google Maps. Easy landmark when you are new to the area. Rooms are clean and spacious. Comfy bed helps a restful night of sleep. I really appreciate the early check-in and late check out at no charge. I needed a late check out after coming to hotel at 3am seeing fireworks Marina Bay Sands waterfront on Jan 1st 2025. Check-in and Check-out was absolutely Hassel free and quick. I would definitely book HOTEL BOSS for my next stay in Singapore! And would recommend this hotel for anyone to make their stay in Singapore a pleasant one!

Previous guests has used the water heater unit to boil milk. I felt the tubes in the unit could be contaminated. A kettle would be an easier option to clean.

Hotel Boss is an amazing value and is my go to place to stay in Singapore. Yes, it is a little bit out-of-the-way, but that does mean that it is nearby lots of cool local shops, and it is still close to both of us and the metro, which are very easy to use in Singapore. The rooms are small, but clean and well kept. There is a rooftop pool on the fourth floor, which is really great for swimming laps. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful, and there is even a massage place right outside. Very grateful for the Hotel Boss.

It would be great if there was a lap lane in the pool. It would also be nice if there was a weight set.

No Hassle, 100% convenient. Those yet to experience stays at Hotel Boss. Please do! Location is perfectly convenient. 1. Hotel Boss takes note of the feedbacks given. Finally! There's a bidet in my toilet! 2. The concierge staff has a good work ettique and super efficiency unlike other hotel that took much of my time. 3. This time was different, me and my husband get balcony room for us. It was at level 13. I would like to highlight this to Hotel Boss management or higher authority. Please praise and reward your house keeping staff at Level 13. 👏👏👍👍 From his cleaning, i can sense that he is doing his work with sincerity. I was not even there, i notice him before i went out and before i get back into my room too. I am a particular person. I will get mad if someone touch my things. So i will always make a habit, before leaving my room, i will take clear picture of my room, else rushing. Your house keeping staff, Giving good service without even wanting to show off or getting praise. Please give him a reward. He is very kind, hardworking and very humble! Good job to all Hotel Boss staff! You did great!

What else not to like it? Everything was perfect.

The stay a great experience definitely not going to be my last visit to the hotel. Like to give credit to one of your front line staff Ms sheina (not sure if I spell her name correctly) I don’t think so she chinese slightly plum she put up her hair I think with clip. Keep up the good work a very pleasant personality very warmth welcoming person I think even better the supervisor in black uniform a Chinese. Excellent service pleasant personality warmth give a very good explanation to me abt the facilities in the hotel the breakfast on which floor if I need and the rest of the amenities. Good job keep it up can check what her name I check in on 9/2 at about 8.35 am

A great hotel in the middle of the Singapore's downtown. Close to Lavender metro, bus stops and major attractions. The room was not big, however it was clean and had everything that is needed when on holiday. On top of that, when you book it, you get access to the entire 4th floor, where there is a nice big swimming pool, a restaurant and lots of outdoor space, chairs and tables to spend time outside + amazing views.

Breakfasts could be improved. I would suggest booking without breakfasts and only paying for one to try/them in the hotel lobby once you are there so that you can try if you like them. Tons of restaurants and small places to grab something outside the hotel. Other than that, no major complains.
