Great value for money as accomodation in Singapore is very expensive and normally have bad reviews. However this hostel is very modern, clean, fantastic local advice from Sandy on the front desk, and a hearty breakfast of eggs, rice, fresh fruit, toast and cereal that never ran out. Our double capsule bunk had a pull down desk, secure locker, plug socket with usb charger and lamps. There is a pull down black out curtain for privacy. The rule is to be quiet in the dorm, but bring earplugs just in case there is a snorer!! There was also large secure lockers for our backpacks. Beds were comfy and my 6ft 1 husband slept well. They also give you new 'slippers' to use for the showers. Showers had hot water. Great location within walking distance (5 mins ) to the MRT (Metro)

Not enough room on the floor between capsules. If everyone is up at the same time it can get very congested which can be annoying.

I've never stayed in one of these pod hotels before, but I was pleasantly surprised. There's a surprising amount of room in each pod, and three plugs in each to charge your gadgets. A small table folds out from the wall too, so you can put your laptop/ tablet on there to watch shows in bed at the end of the day. And the blind that you pull down to seal yourself off fully covers the gap, which is reassurring. The shared bathrooms are kept very clean. There's three or four on the first floor, each with its own shower/ toilet, and the reception give you a towel when you get in/ a new one whenever you want. The hotel itself is situated in a Middle Eastern district, so there are lots of Lebanese and other similar restaurants around. There's two metro stations relatively nearby too which is helpful. Overall, a really positive experience here.

The bunk had minimum but enough space to put my stuff. The mattress was comfy. They seemed to have enough bathrooms for the guests. I found at least one available when I needed during my 3 night stay. It was nice they provided a tank of water to drink/refill my bottle.

Minor things that I compromised: The light of my bunk was half broken. The free space in my upper-stairs bunk was in the back of the room and I had to climb up and enter it to get my stuff. They seemed to have fried rice and fried rice noodles for breakfast but just limited amount that had gone by 8. There were eggs, oranges, bread and cereals left. The air conditioning was too cold for me but it may be standard in Singapore.

I think this hotel provides good service, due to when I registered by the app and failed to submit my information. The staff is willing to help to check by manual, that soon to solve the problem. The location of the hotel is good, near the MRT Bugis station about 7~10 minutes to get to the hotel. Not only near the MRT station, but also there is some sightseeing or meals (Arab district, Sultan Mosque, Sungei Road Laksa, Ah Chew Desserts) near the hotel. And the room of space is larger than I have seen before. There is a small space that can store the stuff if you don't want to open your luggage always. The last one wifi is smooth when you connect with your devices.

The bathroom is a little dirty, maybe the staff can always check.

- Location is convenient enough for 2 MRT stations (Bugis and Nicoll Highway) - Plenty of restaurants, food stalls, and convenient stores around - The receptionist Mr Sadi has been very helpful and has exceptional service - Breakfast buffet every 8am-10am was very good - I got a lower capsule bed and it was adequate enough for me in my short stay. - Plenty of storage space - Washing machine and dryer for use at the hotel (you need to use the newer 1 dollar coins though) - Bathroom has shower gel and shampoo - Toilet has bidets - There are two dining areas, one with larger tables and more seating with aircon, and the other one has smaller tables and higher chairs without aircon - Hotel has shoe cabinets - Hotel shared rooms are secured with individual keycards

No major issues. The dining area of the hotel is always busy since it is directly connected to the restaurant next to it Hotel is also quite expensive for my budget and everything is already expensive in Singapore

Great location and the pods were really spacious

It was quite noisy when people came in and out at night but not a big deal. Could do with a more communal area to meet people

This was a great place to stay for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). I liked that we each had our own private bed space. Location was excellent, right in the heart of the mosque area with lots to see. Easy area to walk around and we were able to easily walk to India town and China town /catch MRT. Breakfast provided was good... bread and spreads, eggs (boiled or make your own omelette with veg provided), some fruit and tea/coffee. Breakfast room was crowded both mornings. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The older gentleman (I'm sorry I'm not good with names) at the reception provides a lot of insights on where to visit, which is really helpful. The pod is spacious, enough to fit a 20" luggage, and a small backpack. There's a compartment for shoes under the bed, there's another compartment with a mirror and 2 power sockets inside. The toilet/shower rooms are spacious too, very clean and I really love that rosemary & mint shampoo, it smells nice.

The pillows are too soft for me my neck hurts. Anyway, this doesn't bother me at all but the hotel doesn't have a lift and the stair is kinda old, it makes squeaky noises though. Not really friendly for guests who have big suitcases, just a thought.

room downstairs next to the breakfast bar can get noisy in the morning, toilets downstairs can get quite dirty, upstairs bathrooms were reasonably well maintained though.
