Overall I can say my stay 6 nights were really good! read all bad reviews about it and I was seriously not expecting much! Positive points -my room was big enough 14m2 with window. In Singapore 🇸🇬 hotels room are quite small. in that comparison room was big. - AC works and can be changed - mineral water bottle and kettle and tea coffee are there - hair dryer is there - dressing table with a big mirror is there - toilet and shower is in the same space very asian thing. So after taking shower whole bathroom/toilet will be wet! But running hot water. the tap is a modern one runing hot/cold water. - bed was big and comfortable - one cupboard to keep clothes with hanger - TV was there but cannot comment on that didn’t watch - stuffs were super nice - one stuff help me carry my suitcase with little staircase - lift is there but some floor has very small staircase - everyday room cleaning and new water bottle for drinking - the area I would is the best for budget travelers. very clean nice area with Sultan Mosque 200m. Its in Kampong Glam. opposite to hotel bus stop and many food shops. - 7-11 kiosk shop is just in the corner to the hotel - very well connected with bus and MRT - I thought rooms were not sound proof written by others so expected much noise and sound! but in reality that was also ok! - for me luckily all was good for a budget hotel - super fast wifi

Minus- - rooms r not that clean in terms of dust. Some dust remains! Dust on kettle - as a budget hotel the furnitures looks old the hotel itself looks old and may be old - toilet should also have a small dustbin which is not there - toilet should have toilet tissue instead of facial tissues - there is no bidet in the toilet. Many Asian hotels do have bidet.

Perfect location. Near to Haji Lane, Bugis Junction. Bus stop. Specially close ti mosque and halal restaurant.👍👍

No windows to connect to fresh air. Cover the wall with painting ☺️ No jet washer to wash after urinate. No shower curtain so the water splashing to everywhere during take a bath. We can't use a toothpaste cause no tooth paste's cover to help us make a hole on the tube 😭 Try open another package it's same too. The blanket so thin.

Location was great. A little bit of a walk to 'downtown' but MTR and the buses are sooo easy to use and accessible in Singapore. Also, it is lovely in the immediate area around the hotel. Lots of restaurants and very close to the middle eastern area with quirky shops and nice cafe/restaurants. Staff in the hotel were all very friendly and obliging.

TV reception was awful in the room but who needs to be watching TV when in Singapore. News channel was good, so that was fine. We had to ask for more of the coffee sachets as they only left one each day, but again, not a major issue.

I like that the receptionist named Sir Chris was very accomodating! and even if our check-in time was 3pm, we went there early around 11am, He Let us stay and check in without paying extra amount! and that is I think a good customer service!

Location is very good, close to Mrt with lots of shops near and cafes for breakfast

There were some problems with accepting cards. Indian cards don’t work at all, other require additional manipulations to arrange the payment

Only stopped for one night as off to Malaysia next day. Location for food was good, plenty of choices, room was surprisingly large for the price. Wet room en-suite with soap and toothbrush’s supplied. Was pretty happy with what we got for the money. Staff were friendly enough.

Couldn’t seem to get the aircon at constant temperature, but that was just a small gripe.

The location is excellent specially for muslim people. Sultan mosque is nearby and lots of muslim restaurants are available with quality food. Hotel stuff are very cordial.

The room has no Window or glass view.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. We were early for check-in time but the staff still give us the room upon our arrival at the hotel.

There is no toilet available in the lobby area and we need to go to level 1 for that. The available toilet was also so small that it is hard to move. It is advisable to go back to your own room if you have the intention to use the toilet as it is more convenient.

Location - bus stop is just infront of the hotel. Friendly staff. Have bathtub.

Room is dusty and not properly maintained. Aircon not so cold. Bed not so soft.

The room was nice, nicely located at the centre of the Singapore & tourist attraction. Definitely a comfor stay when you are in budget travel. The drinking water also bottomless - can be requested at the counter while iron is available upon request.
