It's 10 out of 10! I'm absolutely delighted with this place. Impeccable service, top location and my Room 402 is definitely the best. Ok, it's small but Room 402 is very well designed and it's quiet and self sufficient. I didn't use their laundry facilities but it's useful in case you need it. Now, the service and support are no less than sensational. Andrew, Shannen and Ryan really deserve to be acknowledged for their dedication. I was initially apprehensive about the digital keys, etc. Honestly, it's ok. These guys are clued up. You call, in less than a minute they will respond. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed. Truly recommended. Thank you Shannen, Andrew and Ryan. Until next time!

I stayed at 'Heritage Collection on Arab' for a single night. After the reservation on Booking.com, I was added to a WhatsApp group, and all the instructions & details on my stay were briefed clearly. The instructions for mobile check-in were also debriefed clearly. On the day of the check-in, I managed to get through the front door, but there was an error on the mobile check-in app for my phone's Android version. However, a staff member was present and he handed over a physical room card, so I could use it to open the doors. The hotel is situated in a central location on Arab Street and with a couple of minutes walk to the Sultan Mosque. It is easily reachable by public transport & Green & Blue MRT lines are within 10 minutes of reach by foot. My single studio was on the 2nd floor and it was accessible through the elevator. The room was small but had everything required for a perfect stay arranged in a very orderly manner. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. The complementary laundry service was very useful as well (there was a washing machine & a dryer on the same floor). During the checkout, I was able to keep my luggage to be collected in the afternoon. It was simply a perfect stay in Singapore.

Really close to the city centre, in the Arab neighbourhood, next to the mosque. Metro station within 7 minutes walk and the area fest quite safe. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine, this is the spot. And if you want to go out, there is a very hip street with plenty of pubs 3 minutes away.

Loud in some evenings due to the next door dancing classes studio and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, probably coming from the pipes.

I liked the check-in and check-out via the Heritage App. The communication was clear and fast. A good hotel for a solo traveller. Location is also great. On walking distance from the big malls.

The bed could be too small if you are a tall person. My room was on the 4th floor and the bed was under the sloping roof. My feet touched the roof some times and im 172cm

I was upgraded to Heritage City Hall. The location was wonderful, close to MRT stations and bus stops with restaurants and cafes nearby on the quiet street. The room proved to be very clean and the staff Belle, Divina and Joelle were helpful, communicative and prompt. The housekeeper, Min tidied the room beautifully. My stay at Heritage City Hall was convenient and well situated as I explored Singapore. Thank you Heritage City Hall team for an enjoyable stay!

The front door did not have clear signage that I could find late at night. I would have appreciated a small amount of coffee, tea and milk to use on my first night/morning at Heritage (I went for an early morning walk and found a 24/7 grocery shop).

Location was very easy to find, close to MRT station and bus stops—smacked right in the centre of Kampong Glam neighbourhood. Seamless check-in process. Divina, Shannen, Mae and Ryan were extremely helpful in giving clear guidance for pre-arrival and when receiving me at the premise. They were all very responsive via WhatsApp. The rooms are very clean, space efficient, I slept very well.

None for me. However, the wall-to-wall bed might be a little too short for some guests so best to ask and check before booking. I'm 5'2 and it was just nice for me, but can't imagine someone 5'5" being able to stretch their legs fully without their feet touching the wall.

I was offered an upgrade to the Heritage Apartments City Hall location by one of the HA Sales & Marketing Exec (Pei Zhi). It's in a great location, very convenient to Bugis Junction. Plenty of various eateries and numerous activities to keep you occupied all within walking distance. Also if you're an Anytime Fitness member, there's one right around the corner within a few minutes walk of the location. Purvis St (where HA City Hall is situated) is also littered with various cocktail bars, restaurants, and not to mention the infamous chicken rice place Chin Chin. The room was also great. It came with everything you needed for a short stay. It was also quite spacious with a small work desk and a decent sized kitchen. Ironing board, hair dryer, and a small safe was provided in the room. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good night's rest. There is also a communal washer and dryer which usage is included as part of your stay located on the same floor. They even provided laundry powder! I arrived in SG early so they were kind enough to oblige me with luggage holding until my check in time. The check in process was seamless and bear in mind it is all done digitally with practically zero contact. If you are a traditional concierge and reception service kind of person, please bear this in mind. For me, this was great. I didn't encounter any issues at all. Also the staff were available via WhatsApp and I didn't wait long for responses to my queries. Overall my stay was smooth and very pleasant. Thank you to Belle, Divina, Joelle, and Stella. I will happily book again with Heritage Apartments. Matter of fact, this is my second time staying with them (albeit the previous stay was at the Arab St location).

Great location. Tiny studio with all I needed while on a 1-week business trip to Singapore.

The check-in worked, but was a bit tedious with the combination of extra App + whatsapp. In one occassion during my stay, I could not enter the apartment via the App due to persistent error codes. A backup solution was then provided via a physical room-access card within the building, by the very friendly and helpful staff (reachable via whatsapp at the house entrance). So: there was a solution. But overall, just be prepared to potentially face some small hick-up with the access.

Quirky boutique hotel. Room was small but with all amenities, stairs to bed was fun. Nice access to balcony and view of Mosque at night. Staff (Gracie, Divina, Mae and Rafa) were excellent (had a problem with the access to room, system error, but the staff sorted me out very quickly) always helpful and pleasant. I arrived very late at night but was still able to get a drink and a bite to eat nearby. Free washing machine / dryer and powder was a welcome bonus. Right in the middle of the Arab street district but not noisy at night. Easy walk to the Bugis Metro. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

Stairs to bed were not suitable for elderly or less mobile guests. Some shelving or hooks beside the bed would help avoid going up and down the stairs.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. The room was a bit small, but that’s something you’re usually aware of in advance. The location was also very convenient, with a direct bus connection and just a short walk to the nearest MRT station. All in all, there’s nothing to complain about regarding the accommodation. The staff, on the other hand, was exceptionally positive. Communication was extremely fast and reliable, and everything was taken care of, including special requests. Special thanks to Mae, Divina, and Ryan. You made my stay in Singapore very pleasant and a truly great experience.
