Andaz didn’t disappoint in style! Stylish and spacious room. Unfortunazly the King size room id actually not suitable fir 4 people (2 adukts + 2kids). Only obe spare bed could be provided thar took up the luving corner. If you travsl as a couple, this room woukd be oerfect! Breakfast ist excellent! Features a pool amd a rofftop bar with 360 biew od Singapore. Excslkent location with direct access to Bugus MRT

Undoubtedly, one of the finest hotel properties we've stayed at. The location is top-notch. The hotel is situated in a building, but turned out it is one of the most iconic high rises of Singapore! The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, super clean. High floors with good city views. Washroom amenities were amongst the best I've seen across hotel chains. Even the Signature Shampoo/Conditioner Selection was excellent, smelled heavenly! The hotel boasts of a Sun Room you can chill at with free coffee & snacks all day. And, a Sky Rooftop Lounge which opens at 5PM daily. Breakfast spread is decent with Continental Options, Indian & Asian Options. Teh Tarik (Tea with Milk) was amongst one of my favorites. They take special care if you inform them of any dietary restrictions/allergies. The staff is super professional, humble & helpful. I couldn't have been happier selecting Andaz. It truly exceeded my expectations in ways more than one!

The breakfast selection could be better to cater towards Muslim guests. All meat selection was non-Halal hence I couldn't enjoy it all week. Secondly, the coffee was basic. For a property of a such stature, high quality coffee & varied preparations will elevate the breakfast experience altogether.

Really like this hotel which is centrally located. We used the MRT to go everywhere which was quick, easy and cost effective. The rooms were light filled, clean and more generously sized than usual hotel rooms and the love the free refillable water bottles. The staff were helpful when approached and the breakfast had a reasonable variety of food choices.

At peak times for check in and check out there were limited staff which meant there were long queue times. Would be good to address this or offer a fast check out option.

Everything …except the restaurant was overpriced for meals which we only took breakfast and one lunch by the pool.

The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants open from early morning to late evening, so you have many options. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable; to a point, I wanted to know where I could get their mattress. Breakfast is buffet-style, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes and preferences. I want to compliment the restaurant's service team on their efficiency and courtesy during the busiest breakfast hours. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism.

Their reception area is located on the 25th floor. The check-in procedure is a bit confusing. There are three open counters in that area. Their staff is around, but I think they also recommend self-check-in, so when we got to the 25th floor, we didn't know where to queue up and what to do. There was no clear indication. There must be a simple solution for that. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. To some people, that could be one of the determining factors for choosing a hotel. Placing extra boxes of tissues by the bed and the coffee and tea counter would be nice. These small and inexpensive items would make life more convenient for your guests.

Kids will love the spread, and parents will appreciate the excellent coffee and fresh pastries. Service & Room Service The overall service at Andaz is top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist. However, the one area that could use improvement is the room service, which tends to be slower than expected.

Very modern and vibrant hotel with great location. Walkable distance to many tourist spots. The hotel has many entrances. Breakfast selection is great with western delights, Asian delights, vegetarian Indian delights, etc. Great hospitality, the staffs are very attentive, polite and cheerful. They prioritise sustainability which is a great concept to save the Earth. They have free and daily refillable minibar included in the room rate. We’ll definitely stay here again next time in Singapore. Highly recommended.

Hotel is at an excellent location, right opposite Bugis, the MRT line has an exit right below it. Staff was well trained and one of the most pleasant I have ever encountered. Everything inside the room is complimentary. Hotel is at a really good condition, looks well maintained. Good soundproofing both inside and outside the building. Room was spacious, bathroom too.

The elevators are a bit of a chore to work around, as you have to go from the ground to the lobby through one elevator, then switch to go to the room floors through one of three other elevators. Then do that all over again to go down. In our room there was a burnt spot on the couch from ironing which was pretty visible. Also, we had to put the shower thing that opens the water at exactly one spot, otherwise it was leaking. Finally, having 10 pairs of pool chairs for 100+ rooms was a terrible idea. Pool gets pretty crowded, pretty quickly.

I really liked everything about this property. Location is great if you prefer area away from Marina. The hotel is very close to little India, Chinatown, Turkish town, Bugis, Chijmes, lots of shopping etc. Beautiful building, rooms are good size. We had a deluxe room with king bed and extra bed for our 16 year old son. It didn’t feel crowded. Deluxe corner room has fantastic views. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, polite, kind and helpful. We went to Mr Stork twice, it’s great bar with amazing views. If you ask for best table for the view they will highly likely get you one. Make sure you reserve it before. We never tried breakfast since we wanted to explore food options in the villages. Sunroom is a very relaxing place near lobby with complimentary drinks ( infused water, coffee) and snacks. We had a lovely stay here. I would definitely come back.

Nothing to dislike really. I’m just a little picky with few things. Not many hangers to dry towels ( the towels can be replaced every day if you want to ). Closet area is roomy and opened, lots of hangers but no shelves. But it’s perfectly fine since there is a lot of room to store suitcases.
