Huge apartment in Singapore with a fantastic view and a great location. Although the underground (MRT) was a 10 minutes walk away, public transportation in Singapore is one of the best, so there were many options, including buses, taxis and ride shares. Bugis and Arab Street, including the Sultan Mosque were just across the road and the shopping, dining and night life was fabulous. The serviced apartments are adjoining the Park Royal Hotel and so there were two lobbies...but it's easier for the taxi to drop us off at the hotel. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our experience! Thank you!

The location is ideal, situated near Bugis MRT and multiple main bus stops. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very spacious and allowed for room to relax, work and cook. The kitchen was well equipped and all the utensils and appliances you need.

Getting to the pool is a little more effort than if you stayed in the main hotel as you have to get serviced apartments lift, of which there is one, down to the lobby and walk round the corner to main builds bank of lifts. The rooms are a little dated in certain areas i.e. the windows which have privacy/heat protectors that are worn and marked but this is not enough to really moan about.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom Deluxe suite with my partner and my sister in the spare room (single bed). It was just right for the three of us, could have even fit 4 adults nicely. The room was cleaned regularly by house-keeping to a great standard and all of the appliances in the suite worked well including the washer/dryer. Awesome views and great location. We also utilized the gym and pool which was fantastic. I am recommending this to any of my friends and family visiting Singapore looking for a spacious stay with 3+ guests. The staff were also very helpful with multiple requests such as cleaning up after I broke a glass in the room as well as with helping me print some ferry tickets.

Fantastic location—just steps from the MRT, supermarket, and Arab Street with plenty of food and drink options. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our group of four. We appreciated having a washer, dryer, and even detergent provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the pool and gym were great extras. We stayed for 6 nights, so having a living room to relax in and the option to cook made it feel like home. The stay truly exceeded our expectations.

It was modern (even it the outside doesn’t look that way) Connected to the hotel, makes it easy to be picked up / dropped by taxis. Cleaning staff and front desk employees were beyond helpful and wonderful. Loved the coffee at the lobby!

Bizarrely fire alarm was triggered twice during my stay but was promptly corrected as a false alarm. One elevator is not enough. Pro tip: use the other elevators (you can go down but not up) they will bring you next to the 7-11

The reception staff Arman and Oscar were excellent and so helpful from an extra key card to extra anything we asked for the room. Arman found us a Gardens by the bay facing room after we found out our original room faced Beach Road and we had been looking forward to the wonderful view we have had on our previous visit.Also Oscar came up and showed us how to use the tv remote. Arman getting us taxis. And arranged the Van after we couldn’t get a taxi to airport when we left the apartments and walked us all the way to the opp apartments to get picked up. They went over and above board to help us have a great trip. We love the ease of getting to Nicoll station, the coffee machine in the foyer and cookies. We love getting egg tarts at Junes. We love spending time at the Pool and the view of the Singapore flyer and gardens at marina bay.

Walking down 19 flights of stairs after the fire alarm went off at 1am. We sat with Oscar in reception till the fire brigade gave the all clear. And reception gave us a lovely box of choc almonds and an apology card the next day. Which was very kind.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was of a good size and clean. The staff were super friendly. It was nice that it was linked to the main Parkroyal hotel. There was also a good value breakfast that could be added on each morning which was great.

Lots of works going on in the area, including at the hotel, meaning the usual gym area was unavailable, but the neighbouring hotel made their space available instead.

The location was ideal, very central. I loved the towels and the bedding. The housekeeping staff were wonderful

The original room we had booked was much smaller than we had anticipated. We couldn't open both suitcases in the one room, and we had no storage space for the suitcases. The room had a musky smell that was making us cough. The desk staff addressed this issue for us as soon as they could

Nicely refurbished apartment, well equipped for short stays. Enough packing room for clothes and stuff. Good kitchen. Also appreciated that there were two full bathrooms for the two bedrooms. And that there is full access to the hotel's facilities, esp. swimming pool (21m long) and gym.

There is just one elevator to the apartment floors, which can cause congestion. Also, some of the AC machines need repair and maintenance even if they run 24/7.

The location of the property is good, and my room at 19-310 had a splendid view of the skyline stretching to Marina. The gym and pool could be accessed via the office lifts at The Plaza, from which you would need to walk through a connecting bridge to the hotel building. I parked at The Plaza for the entire stay, and 2 parking coupons were given daily. Without which, an hour of parking would cost roughly S$3.

I used the bathtub a few times and had the same experience of having water that was initially very hot then turning to lukewarm. It wasn’t ideal as my tub cooled down by the time I got it filled. And I had turned on the water heater switch. So I am puzzled. The other issue was housekeeping services didn’t seem to have a consistent cleaning procedure. I had different people come in almost every day, and one occasion someone left a cleaning cloth by my counter top. Also, it didn’t really seem clean after they were done - many a time I had soap scum in the tub.
