Room, Location, Breakfast, Free Early check-in at 7am

i got scammed. Booking.com confirmed me SGD 2239.18 in Confirmation. But my card was overcharged by booking.com $2301.88. When i call ask booking.com customer care no proper explanation for the overcharges. Better go directly and pay at hotel is good choice, instead pay using card in booking.com website.

Everything was as expected. Nothing special and nothing problematic. A huge multi room hotel which does what it sets out to do.

The distance markers from Lavender MRT are amusingly incorrect I think. But other than that everything was fine.

Location is super convenient, very close to Lavender MRT, Bugis and Little India. The bust stops were super convenient too. There are many good food options and convenience stores in the vicinity which makes life of tourists so much easy.

I wish the hotel could accommodate my request to get me the rooms I booked next to each other. Another thing you could look into are the washers and dryers. The instructions to operate the washers and dryers including the use of detergents could be more detailed. Same time duration indicators on all washers and dryers could be useful. Dryer we used was not effective at all. We ran two cycles and still the clothes weren't fully dry. We had to air dry them overnight in our rooms running the a/c fan in full speed. Not sure if we missed a step when running the dryer or if there was maintenance issue with the one we used.

We really liked the location of the hotel – it's close to major roads and well-connected to the city. Although we mostly used taxis, public transport was also easily accessible. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. We were given a lovely room with a balcony and a great city view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. There are several convenient shops on the ground floor of the hotel, ideal for picking up essentials or a quick snack. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant, so we can't comment on that service. The only downside, which was beyond the hotel's control, was the behavior of a group of guests from India who kept their room doors open, walked around the hallway in their underwear, shouted between rooms, and generally disturbed the peace. After we addressed them a couple of times and mentioned we would call hotel management, they finally settled down. Despite this unpleasant incident, we had a positive stay overall.

Close to bus & train station. Fast lifts to your floor. Floor 4 has beautiful landscaping, we took photos!

Very noisy main foyer, may need some carpeting to muffle the echo. The placement of the toilet paper in the bathroom, which was way above & behind our head & out of reach. The AC in our room would make its own adjustments, freezing cold during the night with speed at100% fan, despite being put lower before we went to bed. We appreciate the tea & coffee maker, but only 2 satchets of each person day is not enough. There was no milk to add to our hot drinks, that white powder/creamer tastes awful.

The room is reasonable in size for two people. The location of the Hotel is very close to public transportation hub and restaurants. Also just a walking distance to shopping center and church. The breakfast is ok however for the period of 6 days stay, the menu did not have a variation, so expect the same food for breakfas everyday.

There are few restaurants outside the hotel in the same building, just a few steps away from the back door, there is also a convinient store on the same area just 3 minutes walk.

The room was small but more than enough for a single traveler! It was clean, and housekeeping person did a great job maintaining it on a daily basis. Location was very convenient, as BLK461 / OP.BLK461 bus halts are right opposite the hotel and Lavender MRT is just a couple of minutes walk away. There are plenty of affordable (and up market) eating places nearby, and Mustafa Center is just 10 minutes walk away.

The front office staff had "attitude issues". They are like "customs officers" at the airport. No smiles, "meh!" attitude towards guests, and one guy was even sarcastic when reply to some questions I asked about hotel facilities. They surely need a little more hospitality industry training.

Kimi your receptionist on front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Staff cleaners were hard working but need to learn basic English, so visitors can communicate the basic questions & answers. They need to make sure they top up tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries every day if required. I had to go & chase up with the cleaners with their trolley on at least 3 occasions.

Noise from running water in other rooms. Broken plug in hand basin was reported so hopefully now fixed. Odour from sewer drain noticeable every day if you didn't run water to flush the drain in shower. Small room size but understand that is fairly normal in Singapore. Air -con fan constantly changing & when on 100% far too cold.

The breakfast was really good, variety of dishes, workers at the restaurant were on point. The Location is very strategic. Very near to MRT Station at Bugis. The Rooms are nice clean but small in size. The house helper was really good. Her name was Cat hope I spelled it right. In General the hotel is very good one should try.

The size of the gym area is very small. The rooms are small in size that there is no enough space to keep the luggage. I think they should put lights at the bottom of the swimming pool for the night swimmers. For safety reasons.
