-Very friendly and accommodating staff - during my long stay I've interacted with all of them and was very pleased. -Location is key in Singapore - this is very close to major attractions(Labrador , Faber, Sentosa, Vivo) and perfectly connected to the transit network -room was clean and featured tea/coffee making equipment. -This is a budget hotel - adjust your expectations accordingly. Rooms size is adequate to the price you pay.

-Bed mattress could be more comfortable - seemed like those nasty covid era disinfectable ones.

The front desk lady on Feb 06 of our arrival was very pleasant, helpful and took care of what ever we needed. Sorry I forgot her name(Turak or Turpa??). She was the best thing for that hotel. Location was good too since it was walking distant to the Faber Hotel where most of my friends stayed but paid much less than us with breakfast amenities.

Room was too expensive for what it is. Very cramp in space, no free breakfast. Paid more than my friends at the Faber Hotel next door.

location was excellent, price was fair, and the amenities were good. the bed was comfortable and the hot water was consistent and great temperature! i felt that the hotel did a good job leaving it up to the tenant to set the ideal A/C and water heating conditions. this is environmentally friendly!

the toothbrushes were a little...bendy soft; also, although the A/C was quite strong, there was no mini fridge in the room, so it was difficult to keep food and drinks.

booked a room knowing plane wasnt arriving until 6am. Agents were waiting for us, got us checked in quickly and automatically gave us a late checkout so we could get a few hours sleep

room was very small, dark so if it hadnt been reserved solely for the purpose of getting some sleep after 24 hours of travelling it wouldnt have been very nice. It was perfect for our needs on this reservation however

Centrally located to suit our purpose. Well-kept rooms. Staff at the reception and housekeeping were very helpful and accommodative. Special mention of Huda and Thulasi at the front desk.

It would have been helpful if there was a laundry service managed by the hotel.

The next best hotel to stay instead of directly on Sentosa Island. Super close to the Vivo City Shopping Mall with a sky rail to the Universal theme park and beaches. Public buses are also available to go to other tourist spots like Merlion and MBS and to go to the city. Can’t recommend it more!

Good hospitality from the reception to room . Budget friendly and adequate for family of 3 .hot water and drinkable water 24 /7 .quick service .

The bathroom door didn't have a latch . It was a struggle .Unable to open windows .

I requested twice assistance from the receptionists. In both cases I was helped immediately. Especially when I asked for some document to be sent, printed and scanned, Mr. Venesh was very helpful!

Brilliant location with easy access to Sentosa and Vivo Cot6. Excellent and helpful staff who were most gracious when we locked ourselves out of our room.

Rooms are a little pokey but as expected for price.

The room is clean and have all the basic stuff for a short stay. Bed is very comfortable. The location is bit not convenient for food and grocery stuff, but it is very quiet place for sleep. It is a good place for rest and reading, especially surrounding with greens and wild chicken and birds.
