It was centrally located for the main attractions such as Harry Potter Visions/Universal studios. The accommodation/rooms were comfortable.

Having to go to another Hotel -Hotel Aura to have breakfast. it would be better to have meals in your Hotel and more profitable due to Hotels are all about making money. we were interested in having dinner in Loma one evening just for convenience and to try your cuisine and were told it is only open at Breakfast. Breakfasts were crowded and haphazardly run due to the amount of people in the restaurant. The staff did their best to cope and were polite but very frustrating for them with the quantity of people that attended the restaurant itself. Long line-ups were another issue in itself.

Hotel Michael in Sentosa, Singapore, offers a fantastic experience with its well-designed rooms and superb location. While the overall stay was wonderful, there was a slight issue with the room, as I noticed a few insects during my stay. This wasn’t a major concern, but it did detract slightly from an otherwise impeccable experience. Despite this, the breakfast at Hotel Michael was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options, from local dishes to international favorites, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Overall, I would still rate the hotel a 9/10 due to its excellent amenities, fantastic location, and delicious breakfast, with only a minor issue with cleanliness.

The level of service is something you would expect from 5-star hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast at SOI is nice (7-11 am, last seating at 10.30am). FREE refillable minibar. The room is super spacious and all amenities are provided. As located in Sentosa, it is very closed to the Universal Studio (guest can purchase ticket with discount) and other attraction. You can also order Grabfood to the hotel. The concierge is very nice to provide us with assitional cuttery. So a bravo to all staff members! They are the one making our stay pleasant!

The location also has the downside that it is a bit far from downtown. Though it only take few stations there but the walking from one point to another consume quite a time. (E.g. from Sentosa express to the MRT on basement floor) Would recommend this place if you are mainly visiting attractions in Sentosa. Also, the curtain in the room is very very difficult to open (not a big deal for us as we always leave it closed) but it does need to be fixed

1. Clean eventhough is slight old furnishing. 2. Very good location in between Imbiah and Sentosa monorail. So can choose between these 2 to stations and walking distance to US. 3. Chose package deal to Universal Studio and Sea Aquarium price is good and inclusive of breakfast. 4. Buffet breakfast is simple not big spread but is okay as long the crowd is less. 5. Room spacious and bed comfy. 6. Discount of price tickets and restaurant bill if staying in this hotel. 7. The check in front desk staff very friendly and helpful. 8. Free monorail ride from Sentosa to Vivocity and just need to scan for free if travel back from Vivocity to Sentosa Island.

1. The lobby entrance difficult to identify. 2. The lobby waiting area is small and less seats. 3. For dinner advisable to take a train to Vivo City, 1 or 2 stations away cos more variety of food to choose from. 4. No bath tub but is okay since there is a jacuzzi at swimming pool.

Location, location, location!!! We came quite early because we wanted to go to USS, the staff said our room wasn’t ready yet, which is totally fine to us since we won’t be using the room till evening either. To our surprise, upon our arrival later in the evening, we were upgraded to Suite room!!! So grateful for that because then my children had plenty of space to roam around and tire them out. 😂 Also special mention to Chef Louis, he was so friendly with children and also pays attention to guests’ needs. I was feeding my son when suddenly he gave me a napkin knowing I need to wipe my son with something. I highly appreciated what he did, he could have just ignored us but he didn’t.

Just had a bit of uneasy experience when we came to the hotel resto for breakfast. We felt like the waiters kept hovering around and clearing the table as if they want to kick us out. One waiter even took my empty glass which I haven’t used yet without asking first. Kinda rude because we came around 9am and the resto is closed at 10.30. However they weren’t like that on the second day even though we came around the same time and seated at the same table.

The location was spot-on for the reason for our trip which was to go to the aquarium and Universal Studios.

Breakfast range was disappointing - we are used to Singapore hotels offering some of the best breakfast ranges of any hotels in the world but the breakfast range at Hotel Michael was really underwhelming - no granola, no muesli, no Bircher Muesli for example. Very surprising for a Singapore Hotel. Also the lounge area was heavily used however wasn’t really configured in a way that offers a genuine quiet waiting space.

Excellent & accessible location, surrounded by tons of attractions such is universal studio, merlion plaza cable car, adventure cove and Palawan beach. Free mono rail access during your stay. Sumptuous buffet breakfast with smoked duck, cold cuts, fresh fruits, delicate and decadent pastry and savory dishes. Very attentive, welcoming and helpful staffs. Connected to the casino and luxurious fashion shopping mall.

The pool is small. The rooms only offer shower not a private bath no bathtub.

Our family of 4 got upgraded to deluxe king and it was spacious

The toilet was hard to flush. A printed map of resorts world would have been helpful as we did get lost on first day trying to get to vivo city. We walked right past the Sentosa express. Also with all the construction, a printed FAQ would be nice, as in how to get to Harry Potter. How to get to breakfast. How to get to shuttle bus.

I love the location because is super near to USS, Harry Potter and other tourist spots. I love that is also near to Sentosa monorail so its easy to transport anywhere.

Not liking the breakfast since its only few choices. Also the free breakfast is located at the other hotel so we need to walk for how many minutes to have our breakfast.

Excellent location.

Room could've been a little bigger. With all that walking, it would've been nice to have a microwave to heat food within the room.
